Tsi hybrids

Hi All, 

any word on the release date of the hybrids?  Thanks!

They are with fitters now. Hit them a week ago. Retail is still 2 weeks out I believe.

Just picked up the 10 and 15 TSi2. Very interested in looking at a 19 or 21. Are shaft options out?

Don’t think you’ll be able to find a 19 or a 21 since they dont come in those lofts.

I've seen pics of the TSi2 hybrid with an 18 & 24 degree loft. If I had to guess they probably go 18, 21, 24, 27 & that they may be eliminating the 19 & 23 degree options. Of course this is based on nothing more than a hunch.

Really doubt there will be a 21 when there is a 20 and a 22.

I hit the the TSi 2 and 3. They are very different. I play a ts2 and the TSi 2 didn’t seem a lot different, but I was hitting a different loft than my gamer. It looks great and has a similar feel/sound, launch and spin to the ts2. I need more time to see if any real difference. 
 

The tsi3 is really interesting. It had a much deeper sound/feel. Much more muted and solid sounding than the ts2 or tsi2. Ball flight is definitely flatter. I go back in 2 weeks for more fittings, but will look at both as a 4 iron replacement and good chance I add a 18* tsi3 as my 15th club to play as more of a driving iron on windy days.

Edit: Looking at these pics I think above mentioned 18, 20, 22, 24 is correct.

@hypergolf: This Titleist page (placeholder?) doesn't have the Lofts/ specs details (yet) ...

I'm no Columbo but I'm guessing the TSi2 lofts are 3 - 18°, 4 - 21° & 5 - 24° going on this pic and I'll take one thank you very much 🤞

So it seems like TSi2 will have 18, 21, 24 sequence and TSi3 will have 18, 20, 22 etc?

I doubt they are going to spread them by 3 degrees. So most like same lofts in both models and 2-18 3-20 4-22 and 5-24

But the above pic posted by @ChunkyChippy shows 4 hybrid at 21 degrees. Hence asking.

I am 95% certain I hit a 21* tsi2 and 20* tsi3. Don’t crucify me if I’m wrong as I wasn’t paying close attention as it was the end of a driver /3 wood fitting.

Looks like the TSi2 will be the 3 degrees in between lofts. Like I guessed earlier. 18, 21, 24, & maybe 27. Eliminating the 19 & 23 lofts.

 

Guessing the TSi3 will might be 2 degrees between lofts. 18, 20 & 22.

Am hoping it’s out soon as want to test before replacing my current 5 hybrid. Hope the feel is the same as the driver as that has been a beast.

All lofts are listed here and looks like a few higher loft options available with the TSi1..

Not really. I’ll admit I was wrong, but based on the 2 degree jumps of the past and knowing there will be a an 18 and 24, I didn’t think there would be a 21. 
again I was wrong, it’s not the end of the world. 
Glad it’s 3 degree jumps now. Make way more sense, just funny how 21 used to be considered a 3 now it’s 18.

Good question, wondering if I’ll need new shafts or just play them slightly off recommended specs

They went from a 19 degree 2 hybrid to an 18 degree 3 hybrid. 
my initial guess would be 18 degree would be the same length as the previous 19.

Bummed they don’t have any loft greater than 24 except in the TSi1 - which may as well be a fairway wood.  Two cycles in a row of moving backward.  The TS models were no better than the 818 and felt/sounded worse.

Was able to hit the hybrids today. They are great and ended up pre ordering a ts2 24 degree. They are being released next Friday and will be made after that. Looking forward to it!

Please say they felt like the TS line rather than the 818 line so that this cycle can be considered a complete failure rather than simply an overwhelming failure.

 

What booger eating moron approved the TSi1 line and the loft choices for TSi2 and 3...
