Sub70 699 Pro in black finish, 2 iron (17*). Can't say enough good things about Sub70 products and service.

I went my own way. My set 4i (below) was a bit difficult to hit with the stock KBS Tour 90 R-flex shaft (about 95 grams trimmed).

 

Solution: had it reshafted with a 75-gram  SteelFiber 780 HLS hybrid (R-flex). Now it makes an excellent driving iron for tight par 4s, and for longish par 3s.

 

Can also use for approach shots into wind if I'm swinging well that day. Off fairway I can catch a hot stinger type shot without having to do much set-up manipulation.

Not sure it’s technically a DI. MP20 HMB 3 iron DG S400 Tour Issue. Mizuno didn’t make a 3i for the 919 Forged set. So I went 4-PW and added the HMB for the 3. The HMB hits absolute bombs and feels like butter when struck well. Like it a lot.

Have 2 currently.  U500 2i and 18 x forged 4i.  Both are great for different reasons.  U500 is very low spin which is great for a 2i.  The x forged is easy to elevate and spins nicely.

Another Sub70 699 in black finish here.

 

Mine is a 4 iron which they customized such that it's specs are very close to those of the Ping G710 5-iron. Specifically, they bent it 1* weak (now 23*) and shortened it by 1/2" to 38.5". Additionally, they flattened it by 1* (essentially Ping red dot) and installed a 780 F3 Recoil ES shaft, which is similar to the shaft in my G710s.  Like Secondandgoal, I also can't say enough about Sub70's customer service; they are great to work with!

 

Because of the weather in RI, I haven't tried the club yet but am hoping to use it for short Par-4s (my home course has two in the 275 yd range) and longish Par-3s, particularly into the wind. I should be able to get some simulator time next week.

Though out of my bag now, I have Tour Edge HL3 2 and 3 ironwoods, Bazooka 4 ironwood and HL4 5 and 6 ironwoods. All served me well when i couldn't hit my hybrids.

I'll be the one Cleveland guy. Previous U85 player, but I picked up a UHX utility on a bit of a whim. Was just trying to warm up with it on a launch monitor before hitting the ZX and I could not miss the center. I get along with the stock Recoil shaft and the D4 swing weight is money. Heavy like the Srixons, which I like.

 

And the lofts are marked stronger with shorter shafts, which I quite enjoy. With the ZX5s, the stock 5 iron is 24 degrees and 38". The UHX 4 iron is 20* and 38.875" which makes for a great gap on paper. If you were playing the Srixon ZX, the 4 utility loft is 23 which may not create the best gap. 3 utility is a good option, although you skipped a 4 iron and the length is now 39.5" - a full 1.5 inches longer than your closest iron. 

 

Lots of pros, and one big con that the UHX is an absolute ugly monstrosity.

Mizuno MP18 MMC Fli-Hi 16.5*.  Gets lots of play during the winter months when fairways here in FL dry up.  

 

Hibernates during the summer in my garage when the rains come and roll is nonexistent...
