I have the Rogue 3 wood.

im thinking about getting the TS2 4 wood as Titleist is the only oem to make them in lefty.

Do you like the distance with the TS2 compared to the Rogue?

It wasn’t about distance for me - they both get me about 220.  I just think the TS is easier for me to launch.

I think the TEE offerings CBX119 and EXS pro are better than all OEM’s personally.  https://www.rockbottomgolf.com/golf-clubs/fairway-woods/tour-edge-golf-exotics-cbx-119-fairway-wood/

Mavrik 4 woods on sale at Cally Preowned right now for 140 bucks in like new condition. Can’t beat that. Awesome woods

I use a G410 5 wood with 3 wood length shaft turned down one degree for 4 wood loft of 16.5 degrees. Works great.

This is the way to go, for sure

I'll agree with this.

I have three different models going back to 2011. I still rotate and play every version I own.

I'm thinking hard about getting the new version that was just released. My newest is the XCG-7.

The new driver review has some impressive results too.

I my go with a TEE 721 series driver,4w,7w this yr.

I thought the Maverik was decent, probably the best of the OEM’s and then the Cobra, then Ping = Titleist. I was not impressed with the SIM or M6. The TEE offerings are just flat out better in all ways in my opinion. I own the CBX 119 hybrid and CBX 119 16.5* “3wood”. The EXS Pro line may even be better.  I hit the EXS Pro hybrid and thought it’s the best hybrid I’ve ever hit. Better than my 2016 Callaway Apex hybrid, which I sold after hitting the EXS pro!

i dont think ill use it off the tee, more in the fairway ..  i forgot about the rogue .. thanks for the reminder

Rogue is fairly low spin, not that easy to launch for many but your mileage will vary.

I prefer the Mavrik having bought the 5 wd, which launched high with. the Riptide.

Returned it because I wanted to try the SIM Ti, which I tried due to fact I haven't bought anything TM in about 8 yrs and heard good things about it. Matched with the right shaft, a SIM Ti 15 set at 16 is also a hot stick.  The TE EXS 220 16.4  is also an impressive launcher with the right shaft.

Mavrik 4 wd should launch well, has good feel and it is AI designed.

I have really enjoyed the F9 Tour 4-5W, and played Cobra in that slot going back to F6 Baffler and BiO Cell+. The compact head, sounds & feel, and workability are its best attributes. It is lower spinning the standard F9 and has no weight adjustability if you need to bring the spin up. The only compact fairway wood with front-back weight adjustability was F6 Baffler.

On the Callaway side, I opted for the Rogue 5W over the 4W. Just struck it better with the EvenFlow 75 than the 4W on Synergy (those were my only options in store). On the course, Rogue is a 50/50 club with a strong draw tendency (that comes down to me), but really shines off the deck and has plenty of spin to hold greens.

I picked up a Mavrik SZ 4W this winter, but haven’t had a chance to play it yet. Looks nice.  A friend of mine who plays the standard Mavrik 4W loves it.

Well, I ordered the TS2 16.5* with regular flex Kuro Kage today... At my age and SS I’ll be happy with 190, lol.

I’m looking at your sig, not sure if I’ll be able to find a 7w, but I like how you then go to the 21* and then the crossover.

Very intriguing set up. 👍

I recently picked up a Mavrik SZ 4 wood to match my driver, because I am superficial like that. It has same solid feel off the face as the driver and performance is great off turf and tee. Low spin and forgiving enough. Stock shaft was horrible for me, too loose (I don't think Callaway tips these aldila shafts to spec in their fairways). Stock length was also longer than I like.

Distance, spin, and launch are all in line with my prior gamer, which I loved (xr16 3+ with ax75f). Face angle is square, which is very important to me.
