Same thing with Brooks’ model. Which he didn’t even wear until a couple months ago. Those things ran super narrow! The ‘wide’ was most companies standard. 
As for the putter. Could just be testing it???

Yeah these are tough looking to me. The new updated Flynite Air Zoom Infinity Tour’s are the best out for Nike right now in my opinion

I have nike basketball shoes that are shaped like that on the bottom... kyrie 3s i think... yeah... they are more wobbly and offbalance then walking on the moon. Its because of the bottom heel sole are shape... very ovaly rounded. I cant see how that could be good for any sport let alone balance in golf. Maybe its not as bad as it looks or not as similar... would have to try on.

I don’t think they look too bad. I checked them out and it looks like slipping could be an issue with how the spikes are layed out on the bottom, (about a 3 inch gap on forefoot with no spikes). I’m sure this would only be a problem for us peasants because the tour players have a real spikes on them.

Lol people complain when Nike puts out a busy shoe and say they want simple, then they put out a simple shoe and people still complain.  I think these look good. I’m not happy they got rid of roshe tour but I could use these instead

 

and to the comment about not tying them, he’s on a practice putting green in the pictures

Have you tried Hurley? They basically are Nike shorts sans swoosh and come in a couple different lengths, my favourites to play golf in.

I'm probably in the minority since I am not huge on the Jordan's on the course look personally but I do like these.  They remind me a lot of the Lunar Control 2's and 4's which are some of my favorite Nike shoes.

I don't think people are criticizing the shoe for being too simple. The critiques seem to be mostly about shape and structure, not colour or pattern.
