I only used a Demo for a few rounds   The RadSpeed was on avg 6-8 yds longer than my FlyZ I would think that is due to the club being 46 inches long A Club that long will be harder

I currently have the Rad XB Tour length. Been using Tour Length since I had the F9. I'm a believer is a shorter driver. It's easier for me to hit it straighter, a longer driver takes more athleticism

I have it the regular RadSpeed but not the Tour Length

How much distance would a typical person lose going from a regular length driver to a Tour length?

I am looking to keep it in the fairway more often, so I am curious about the tour length but don't want to give up too much distance.

Scott406 we are only talking 1 inch shorter than standard so not much if any on distance. I'm only 5'9" so it would make more sense to have the shorter shaft for better control and dispersion. Anyway, I can't wait to try this driver because it looks great and in all honesty I really liked the Fly-Z driver when I had it, probably should have kept it in hindsight.

So how is the standard length version working out for you, good, bad?

A Club that long will be harder for me to control on a regular basis. ( I'm not that good of a player)

I was thinking I could get a tour length and be in the fairway more often and not lose any distance compared to my FlyZ

My thought process is the same. 44.5 seems to be the sweet spot for hitting fairways.

I currently have the Rad XB Tour length. Been using Tour Length since I had the F9. I'm a believer is a shorter driver. It's easier for me to hit it straighter, a longer driver takes more athleticism  to square up and that's a fact. My low athleticism coupled with my bad swing matches the tour length driver. I'd say you lose a little less than 10 yards for an inch in shaft. But you make up for it in hitting the ball more consistently. I do know some people do better with a longer shaft but the majority do better with a shorter shaft.
