Thank you. I can also aim pretty well from an open stance. But I’m talking way open. My feet are probably between 40 and 50 degrees open when I do it.

Mike Malaska has done a good vide on this. It has helped me a bit.
 

But I have started using an Eyeline mirror and the line on the ball. I feel like I am aiming left, but it is a readjustment.

 

I found that if my stance gets too wide my eyes get too far behind the ball.

Have you looked at side saddle putting at all? It sounds like you want to be face on with your putts... it might be worth trying an extreme solution...

This is what started me down this road. I tried it and just can’t find a position where my aim doesn’t look left.

Yeah it’s weird. I am hoping using the line on the ball will help once our courses open up again.

Was the same for me. That video is what radicalized me, since I simply couldn’t find a position where I naturally saw the line. Trying to “train” that is insane. Opened up and voila.

I’d at least find a place to roll one. It’s definitely different. We all aim differently, so finding something that works for you is all that matters...

 

as I said, I really like my seemore... it helps me line up and focus on tempo, as when I hide the red dot, I know I’m lined up correctly... but I probably aim much differently than you do!

A) Ensure that you're consistent with your set up. (same head position, distance from ball etc) changing those variables can play havoc with how you perceive aim.

 

B) A really useful tool I have found is a little laser that attaches to your putter, gives you a visual on where your putter is pointing. I got mine off ebay, have also seen them on social media from short game gains too.
