Bought one of these on the 25th of FEB  already thru customs and on its way from the West Coast.  Now it USPS can get its act together.   Gonna use it to build a shaft to play at 47" for both my SLDR and Epic Flash..  got the Sw on each down to D5.  doable considering at the regular length they both play D3.

Well mine came Thursday and I have it installed on the shaft and it works great... Tha'ts the good news.

Bad news is after tipping the shaft 1.75" and putting my SLDR head on it it still is in the SR flex Range...

So lesson learned.  If I am gonna do this right I need to buy a  stiff shaft and tip it 1.5 inches to get it to play regular in a 47" driver.  Not worth the effort... or the $$... Lesson learned.   But I am going to pull the adapter and put it on my evenflow CAMO so I can use it with both heads... And will also buy Two more adapters... works like a charm.

Thanks to @kjbuckeye for this thread.

Here are some of my notes and comments on the All-Fit system. As well, I am coming from the shafts that have Club Conex Uni-Fit system so I can compare All-Fit to Uni-Fit and OEM for the Cobra, Callaway and Ping.

Here is what my Cobra Pars and Stripes driver and my Callaway Epic Flash Sub Zero drivers look like with the All-Fit adapters. Sorry, no Ping yet.

Comparison of OEM vs All-Fit vs Uni-Fit Adapters & Sleeve

So I took my adapter and lined them up the best I can to give you an idea how far each adapter will protrude outward.

It's probably hard to see but the All-Fit and Uni-Fit has sleeves over their respective adapters.

Weight of the adapters with sleeves/screws

Here are the weights of the adapters, screw and sleeve(where applicable)

Switching Club Conex Uni-Fit to All-Fit

If you have the Uni-Fit system and say, you set the drivers at 45" and you followed Club Conex's recommendation to tip 3/4" to hive the right flex - under the All-Fit system, your drivers will come in at 44 1/2" in length. As well, the 3/4" tipping will play the shaft stiffer under All-Fit.

At the range, personally, I felt the All-Fit is more of a solid feel at impact than the Uni-Fit. As well, I had this oddity where the Uni-Fit in my EFSZ, I was hitting hooks even with the standard settings. However, the EFSZ under All-Fit seem to be back to it's normal neutral, fade self.

Another note is that the All-Fit is not USGA approved for tournaments like Uni-Fit. Just keep that in mind if you intend to play tournaments.

Uni-Fit always provide the screw for the head when you order the sleeve. I noticed the screws are different lengths and colors.

All-Fit is different, the screw comes with the adapter. Each adapter also comes with a rubber washer. No other steel washers are provided. What I did was to re-use the OEM washers (assuming they fit)

Cobra/Bridgestone and Honma Driver owners

If you have a Cobra, Bridgestone or Honma driver head, with the All-Fit system, you need the extended screw. THIS DOES NOT COME with the All-Fit adapter so you have to special order it. Part number is TG1062 or TG1063. Thanks to KJB for this tip 👍

Wrenches for All-Fit

The website says All-Fit uses a standard Taylormade wrench. However, I noticed that if you use one of the newer TM wrenches like from the M series, the tip barely goes into the screw hole. Barely. I do not like that, feels like I am going to strip either the tip of the wrench or the top of the screw.

I had an old R7 wrench with the smaller tip size and it fits into the All-Fit screw much nicer. Kinda weird. Also, Callaway wrenches seem to fit well.

Great feedback @SwingBlues

Another Update:

I got another 30~ swings in over the last few days. No issues to report.

I have not messed with the adjustability as I normally play my driver adaptors in a neutral set up. I'll try to change the settings next time to see the reaction.

Only thing is watch the hosel area where the sleeve, adapter and head meet. Seems to be "edgy" to touch, kinda jagged feel when you run the finger tip over that area. My expectation was smooth but it's not.

Like others, I tried to buy Club Conex and got zero response so looked for alternatives and found All-Fit. I actually like the +/- 1.5 deg adjustability and .75deg increments.

I purchased directly from Top Golf last week and received the all-fit adapters yesterday. Just emailed them and told them I wanted to get a sample to test.

The adapter itself seems well made. The screw on the other hand broke the first time I tried to tighten it with a Callaway torque wrench. Also, 4 of the 5 Callaway wrenches would not fit in the screw head. Luckily I got two adapters so I had a second screw. I found on old Taylormade torque wrench and tested it without the screw breaking!

I epoxied the adapter and will begin testing it in a few heads tomorrow.

****UPDATE*****   I have found that the included screw will not fit in the head of a Sim driver. Fortunately, the Taylormade screw is the same M4 .70 thread and will work.

The All-Fit has only the basic loft settings like +/- 0.75* or 1.5* & may be UP. Now, there may be lie implications but it is NOT spelled out by Top Golf. I don't have a lie/loft machine to test this and our assumption is that it's "standard" since the adapter looks very much like a Taylormade-based with the same TM screw.

AFAIK, only the Club Conex Uni-Fit has the ability to adjust flat or upright depending on the adjustment you make -but- good luck getting these adapters m at this moment. If ever.

Not sure about the CMX Universal, someone else can chime in but the big negative about CMX is the weight of the adapter.

Good catch. I forgot to mention that. The SIM head has a tight slot for the screw. The all-fit screw has a bigger head that won’t fit. Like you stated, the oem Taylormade screw is the same thread that fits the all-fit adapter. So no big deal.

I asked the folks at All-Fit about any adjustments to lie or face angle. This is all I got back. I assume the draw settings are more upright. Seems very similar to Taylormade oem adaptors

I got a message from Anthony at Club Conex today and he said they are talking about some options for us consumer users. He said he will hopefully have some more details for us soon.

I suppose it’s a good thing they are attempting to help consumers, but too late for some. I have no reason to switch to Club-Conex. I still don’t see smaller shops spending $7,200 and locking themselves into a 2 year contract just to purchase club-Conex when they can purchase all-fit at a much cheaper price.

+1

Be interesting to see what Club Conex will come up with. However, the horse has bolted as far as I am concerned.

Luckily I do not have as many shafts/adapters/sleeves involved but nonetheless, it was not a cheap switch and compromising my shafts as well. It's just luck, my actual play shows the shaft did not adversely effect its performance for my swing.

@kjbuckeye so nice to see your post

i reached topgolf about the all-fit and noted they just get website alive, www.allfitgolf.com

Not many option now, seems slowly listing.
funny thing, I ran into a nearby club fitter yesterday and noticed they are using all-fit for all their demos, and had a deep talk, worthy to share.
they have been using all-fit for years, they were conex fitters but abandoned somehow (didn’t say).
They told me allfit golf have been in business for really long time, and mostly back there for manufacturing. More durable, I was told. I can notice the conex is kind of long on club adapter. And headsup me all-fit adapter is now Gen3, fitting all the brands, even EPON. 🥳

They told me NOT to go ebay, those might not from topgolf, No durable garrenteed. And might not fit in certain club.
Can’t pull any more times for my FUJIKURA. 😩
let us see how many packages turns out.

I was charged 25.00 for shipping.  Since that was the case, I ordered quite a few items.  Collars for clubs I am not even currently playing and enough tips for a bunch of the shafts I have already.  I think I got 7 adapters and 8 collars.

Does the playing length of a driver change by replacing the OEM adapter with an All-Fit adapter?

Specifically I am interested in knowing what happens with Taylormade and Cobra.

It does. Here are my measurements:

Cobra

...OEM     44 3/8

TM

...OEM     44 5/8
...ALL-FIT 44 5/8

The All-Fit appears to be based on the TM adapter

I dont know if you follow @knudson81s instagram, but he just posted that his connecters have arrived. Someone was suggesting that they do something bad to the loft angles etc potentially but wouldn't clarify their point. Have you tested the lofts with the adapters to see if they match those with the OEM adapters? I checked the posters feed and they seem to be keen gear heads so I dont think they were trolling, its just frustrating that they wouldn't come out and share their experience.

Yeah, I am hoping that @joey3108 can maybe jump in here and let us know what he has seen with the loft/lie/face angle changes using All-Fit. I don't have a gauge in my shop to measure, so it might be hard to find out.

tsk, tsk, tsk @knudson81 thought you might have one of those spiffy Golf Mechanix digital measuring machines tucked in that lovely workshop of yours 😜

I don't either. I've reached out to Russ at fit2score and see if he has any comment. he's been using all-fit for a while now.

I just wonder if because these adapters are universal, it will not be perfection. It's like the Callaway Club Conex Uni-fit adapter that turns my Epic Flash sub-zero into a hook machine at the standard settings. The OEM was always a fade driver. I thought it was my swing but when I replaced it with the All-Fit it was back to the normal fade self.
