Love the thread guys! I'm trying to get the switch over to universal adapters and have left multiple voicemails and emails to Anthony at club conex. I've heard nothing back.

Is everyone ordering directly from Top Golf via email? I did shoot them an email a few days ago but haven't heard back. In the meantime I did order what appears to be a knockoff of the all fit adapter system off ebay. I would prefer to order direct from Top Golf if possible, but really just want to get going on this as fast as possible.

Appreciate the help and all the research you guys have done.

Welcome to the "universals" 😁

Yeah, forget about Club Conex. Last bit of news there was from @knudson81 that they are "considering" the retail consumers like us (see his earlier post). Since then, I have tried to email Anthony as well with zero response. Like it's going into the email black hole. So don't hold your hopes up.

I also use an old R7 wrench - that is a perfect fit but it only does 30 in/lbs pressure. I think thats OK as well, no issues with the tighness.

Look likes they just posted the Torque Wrench

Are they watching this topic. 😁

Hope so. Best place to get actual feedback on their product - like the OEM wrenches not fitting etc.

ummm soooo just looking into these and its 25$ for shipping? that's intense for two little adapters and 2 collars.... am I missing something here?

Nope, you're not missing anything. Unfortunately Top Golf has no US distributor for their product so you are dealing with them directly from China. And they only do FedEx express 2/3 day shipping from China so it's pretty fast for what you pay considering it's coming across the Pacific.

Now, they do offer free shipping if it's 50+ adapter pieces but that's way too much for any of us retail consumers. What I did was to bundle as many as I need for an order > $100 to make it worth my while even for sleeves for drivers I do not have yet like Taylormade or Mizuno.

yeah, they ain't no "free" shipping on $2 part from China mob like on Fleabay

Haha I mean I didn’t expect free shipping but 25$ for less than a lb damn haha.

Very strange, but looks like the inner threading of adapter came out on a .335 tip. Will be calling them for an exchange.

Guys. I’m trying to get my hands on the screw for the all fit adapter to work on ping clubs.

Is anyone distributing this all-fit components domestically yet?

I really think what happened is that when I put the tip in my Mizuno 190 3 wood head the screw was too long and the post of the screw was getting tourqed into the threading.

I will let them know. I assume the Mizuno fairway head went under the radar but not certain. I used the washer and it still broke.

Per kj, there is no US distributor. Yet. If you don't hear back from allfit this evening, PM me I can spare a ping screw.

Appreciate you. Went to PGA Superstore to test my Callaway LS against TSi4. Got some really good results. Love my Auto Flex shaft.

It does look like the screw was threaded too deeply. Too my knowledge there is no specific screw for Mizuno. I just got my new Mizuno ST-Z Driver and fairway wood in. I will test the adapters and report back any findings.

obviously, it is pop-up from the bottom. you can see the thread parts has been push to the thread. sometime for the click, you can feel of the screw have touch the bottom. that is important. special some models out of radar.

I think it’s important to find out what happened exactly. If there is an issue with adaptors and their comparability with Mizuno, Top Golf needs to know. Or if we can determine user error, then so be it.

my experience is to feel if it roughly tighten before click, it can be easily tell if screw touch bottom, but the club head is still very loose.

that is the best way. since there is soooo many club models.

That’s a problem then. Should be a different screw.

Hey guys. Got some feedback from All-Fit.

When I received my order the only component I was missing was the #1 Ping screw, which I believe is longer than standard screw. I will be reaching out to them so that they are aware of my situation so that they can better prepare their products.

Below is our exact conversation:

Hello,

Hope you are well. I received the order promptly. I did not see the PING screw in order, perhaps did it not get put
in shipment? What is the most optimal way to get the proper PING screw?

Thanks in advance.
—————————————
Hi paul
Thanks for your order. We have updated the standard screw fitting with ping one.
To make them more convenient
So you don’t need another one
Pls give a try
Thanks

I was told the same way

what indicated as ping screw is standard using now. Look even more solid this way
