So I have played a round with the 60 now.  I will preface this that in the past, these full face higher toe wedges like the Hi Toe Taylormade Wedges and the PM grind wedges, I have struggled with more 3/4 and full shots.  They have just wanted to ride up the face and would go no where for me.  Was strange as they were pretty good around the green (PM grind I couldnt get to spin)

Ok now for the 60 Full Face Zipcore.  It looks better than the wedges above at address. For 9* of bounce, this sits pretty low to the ground.  I was disappointed when I saw it was 9* and then once I played with it, I am now ecstatic it is 9* and plays like it does.  The wedge is very good everywhere.  First hole I had 88 yds in so my concerns were going to be addressed immediately on if this was going to work for me or not.  Flew 88 yards no problem.  Beautiful ball flight.  The wedge is everywhere.  Rough, fairway, bunkers, etc.  There wasn't a single shot out there that I felt uncomfortable hitting with this thing.  I cant wait to get more rounds in with it as I think it is going to do wonders for my short game.  It just a fun wedge to hit and flat out performs.  My gut says it does spin a touch less than my zipcore low bounce 60 but it still checks and spins plenty.  I can easily see myself buying a few more of these wedges to just store away for when I wear these grooves out

If anyone has specific questions Id be happy to answer them!

I was at my local golf simulator and the owner had his Srixon/Cleveland rep stop by.  He had 3 Zipcore Full-Face prototype wedges, 60*, 56*, and 52* all 8 degree bounce.  Head shape seemed to be same

I'm kind of surprised this hasn't caught on as standard for all wedges at this point. I can't see any reason not to provide the extra versatility.

Just grabbed on at my local shop! They had a ton of em on the shelves

Lots of availability at my local GG.  I was very interested in them until I picked one up.  Club wants to roll wide open at address.  I’ve never seen anything quite like it.  The face of the 60 looks like it’s 70*.  I’m used to manipulating a face open, not having to work to square it up.

The looks are misleading.  It is incredibly easy to square up and just as easy to lay wide open

I compared it with the 60* wedges of all the other available manufacturers and none of them naturally rolled open like the Cleveland.  I could feel the tension in my forearms while trying to square it up. I’m glad it works for you, but that’s not for me.

These kinda have me intrigued.    I’m kind of ocd about having all my wedges match.  Currently playing Ping Glide 2.0 in 50°, 54°, 60°.

I really like the shape of the full face zipcore.  I really love I can get all 3 wedges with full face.   These have me pondering purchase.

I had one for 2 rounds. Just not for me. I need to be able to use my 58/60 for some full shots and most HiToes just don't work well in this area. It just digs too much. It was great around the greens but just not as versatile as my Ping Stealths.

Hard to beat the Stealths. In my opinion they are the best Ping ever made.

I have the 58* in play and am very satisfied. Performs very well from a variety of different greenside lies. Like it enough to upgrade the southern bag with one.

If your in the market, it should be given your consideration.

Anymore reviews on this? Thinking about ordering one. Love the full face look + C grind

I just received my Tour Rack 60 degree over the weekend and hit some balls on the range with it. I officially finally took it out to the course and just played a couple of holes to get used to it before my league tonight! I have played Cleveland wedges for years now, starting with the 2.0's and then now on the Zipcores. I really don't think that they look too dissimilar to the standard Zipcores, but the Full Face is obviously a larger footprint and then has the grooves all the way across. My friend has a PM Grind which I do like the looks of, but these just look so much smoother and more playable to my eye. I was trying to open up the face and just play a high flop sometimes, and this thing would just hop off the face and fly straight up, then proceed to sit down. I think it just seems like every Cleveland wedge spins so well, and this is no different! but you can also play it with a normal shot and kind of play a low checking one that just sits down quick. The greens at my course are kind of firm and not in great shape at the moment, and I hit one that hit once and just sat down after that. It is also a lot better on fuller shots than I had thought truthfully. I like to play my 60 degree from about 85 yards and in, so I had an 80 yard shot that I hit pretty well and it landed below the hole and spun back a bit. This is truly a wedge that I was indifferent about but I figured I would take a chance on it and see, and man is it worth it! I am excited to see how it feels and plays over time, but I hope this kind of helps! I also just enjoyed babbling on a little bit there haha

whats the downside of having full face grooves? why arent all wedges like this

Well, I haven’t tried one of these yet but a lack of feel high on the face was why I got rid of my hi toes.

Not a fan of full face grooves, but wish they would add the “C” grind they are using on the full face to the regular Zipcore.

I picked up the 54 and am struggling visually with how lofted it looks.  The TM HiToe doesn’t appear like this, the 58 looks like well a 58.  Maybe it’s the satin chrome.

I have the zip cores as well and I will end up with both. Wish they had the full face first as well but after playing with a full face 60 which I didn’t have in the zipcore I really like it better.

Harder to frame the ball?  That's my guess.  People don't like looking at it as much.

The first few full face high toe type wedges struggled on full shots. Spun like crazy and would just balloon.

edel has been doing full face groves for as long as I have known about them.

I’m the same, I know it’s an optical illusion but it looks like they have a ton of loft and look huge at address.

does anyone notice the C grind is not symmetrical? from what i see in mine, there is more toe relief than it is on the heel side

i thought this was super odd

when i bought there, there happen to be another 60 degree as well, and i tried to eyeball the look, some where rounder as well

i ended up taking this one because the leading edge seems "straighter" and looks not as round

i wonder if anyone else notice this about the grind too
