As someone who plays all of his putters in the 37-38 inches, just make your own.  Obviously the heavier head the better.  I usually always use a stability shaft, which is an expensive option (but way

Any companies still making these?  They seem to have been completely fazed out.  If they are out there still, can you point me in the direction of what type and where to purchase?

@anjoga: Are you looking for newest models?
If can be a few seasons old... then there could be 38" counter-balance putter bargains to be found on eBay?
...or the WristLock models (e.g. Bryson's SIK... or Webb Simpson's ... or Jazz Janewattananond's? Not sure if Keegan Bradley is still using a longer putter, or maybe he has transitioned to a regular-length putter?)

I'm not looking for armlock putters.  I find I get a smooth and stable stroke with a dual balance/counterbalance type putter where the grip extends above my hands a few inches.  I can only typically find these putters with inserts, but would prefer a milled face. Plenty of dual balance cameron putters on ebay, but I don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to figure out if they are fake or not.

Have you thought about contacting the company? Will take SIK for example, they build regular length, they build armlock, I'm pretty sure they can build you a 37-38" putter with a heavy grip, they just cut it down and put on a 17" grip. All it takes is an email or phone call to get what you want.

This can be done with other companies as well, as long as they have a heavy head they can just slap on a longer shaft and grip and you have your putter.

Like others have said, they’re pretty simple to make or have a club builder make for you. With so many of the modern heads have adjustable weights, it’s just about getting the counterbalance weight in the grip end. Extremely simple with SuperStroke and their counter core stuff.
