The fact that the green on 17 was redone/worked on in the late fall has to correlate with how firm the green in compared to the rest of the course.

Oh wow haha. I was referring to the greens being vicious due to the slope, the 13 was for the stimp in reference to Sergio saying they were slow. 😂🤪

It's perfectly normal to struggle while adjusting to such a major life change.  I'm sure their level of "hunger" changed a bit too as priorities had to be readjusted.  

 

They'll get the fire back.

 

How does getting married change priorities when they had been dating the same person for years before they got married. You dont just stop doing what you are doing because you signed some overrated piece of paper to say you are married.

Was just thinking that.  Saw that the wind feel was like 3 in, while it was actually playing 8-10 down.  Combine that with how hard the greens look, lots of one hops landing right by the pin and going into the water long.

Watching this nbc coverage just following a group or two reminds me of going to an event in the sense that these guys are not always hitting good shots like the typical weekend coverage leads you to believe.  Lot of terrible shots really. Morikawa chunked one of the tee with iron a few holes ago.  Guys hitting way left way right off tee.  More fun then to watch their amazing recovery shots that shows why they are pros.
