Just ordered a grey 6 way as well…..

They seem to always have issues with stock which I guess is a good thing for them.  Once before I had set it up to email me when they were in stock and a few days after getting the email they were out of stock again.  This time I ordered 5 minutes after getting the email just to make sure I got it.  Now lets see how long it takes to ship.

I did the email reminder as well.  Didn’t want to risk sell out again.  Early birthday present to me 🙂

Don't use a magic eraser.  They are basically fine sandpaper.  Sandpaper on leather or leatherlike surfaces is a bad combination.  Just use a damp cloth, and if that doesn't work, a little mild detergent on a damp cloth.

I tried warm water and dawn and that didn’t work.

This site says it’s fine for leather.

🤷‍♂️

Go for it I guess.  Don't be surprised if it damages the finish over time

Are there major differences in the Player Stand 2.0 and 3.0?  I like the white/navy 2.0 look better than than the 3.0 but not sure if theta are significant differences in the actual performance of the bag.  I appreciate any input, thanks.

I think it is mainly size and pockets between the 2.  I went with the Player 2.0 for something a bit smaller and streamlined that works well for both carrying and cart use.  I really like the 2.0 in the 5 way top.

Any chance that a 24oz hydroflask type water bottle can fit into the water bottle pockets or are they just too small?

I think so.  I’ve been putting Camelback Eddy bottles and the TM Insulated bottle in just fine.

I guess I'd probably need to see the bag in person or see pictures of water bottles in the pockets with the specs of the water bottles to wrap my head around this.  The critiques on the previous pages about those pockets being too small are very strong: only holds basic disposable bottles, worthless, useless, dumb, etc.

I would probably only carry one. Two seems a bit much, just refill. Only used for practice sessions and i like the bag a lot. It's tidy. The legs work great, it does not have that saggy look a lot bags have. The magnetic pocket lid is awesome, prefer that to zippers. They should double down on that. My only negatives. It could be slightly bigger diameter wise and depth of well. But use fat towel, my Titleist's don't bang, so i'm good.

How are you guys with the 6 way top setting your bag up?  I am struggling with getting the right layout.  I have my putter/hybrid/driver/3 wood divided 2/2 in the front two spots, but my 34 inch blade putter makes it really difficult to pull my hybrid out of the same slot without also pulling the putter out too.  First world problems, I know.  Anyone setting up their bag differently than that?  I go 3/3 in the middle and 2/2 low with wedges, but thinking about moving the putter to one of the lower slots by itself to see if that fixes my issue.

I'm placing 3 metals in top left then under it long irons on bottom mid irons, back up short irons till wedges and putter are top right. So a CCW rotation long to short. Played with this and done several practice sessions. Works well for me.

I do the same layout.  D/3W and 3H/P in the top two.  3 irons in each of the middle, 2 wedges in each of the bottom.  I don't really have an issue.  It has less club tangle than any of my other bags (Hoofer 5 Way, SM 2.5+ 4 Way).  I utilize the same arrangement in each of my bags.  Without 14 true, full length dividers your bound to get a bit of a tangle from time to time.

Just received my Player III and am considering returning it.  I use a push cart and will carry an umbrella from time to time.  When I loaded the bag up with the umbrella it did not really fit on either my caddytek or the wife's nitron cart.  The umbrella holder is on the back of the large side pocket and close to the legs.  It interfered with the top cart strap and closure.  Any one else have this problem?  I guess the search continues.

Top quality stuff, love my Vessel III. The definition of "synthetic leather" seems a bit of a stretch for what the bag is made out of, but it's not a worry as whatever it is stayed perfectly waterproof through a big rain storm for me and thus far people have described it as "that's a sexy golf bag", which is a weird way to describe a golf bag but it fits.

I think this bag will last me for as long as I want to use it, very happy with my purchase. I don't think the stock images do enough to display how good it really looks sitting with some clubs in it, this guy has some good pictures of what it looks like in action https://breakingeighty.com/vessel-player-iii
