If they had moved it off the toe and moved it more toward the heel it would have looked cleaner and also old school MP14 style

Titleist 620 MB's are some clean blades that aren't busy. Wouldn't hurt my feeling if Mizuno went that route, remove the running bird and put the script there on the muscle back and model # near the rear.

That being said. I'll be placing my order for blades 5-PW as soon as TGW starts taking orders on them.

I want to try the GP Zgrips but things being how they are. I'm just going to go with Standard Tour Velvet Grips since they're the most standard used. Don't want any delay getting them  😅

 

Speaking of TGW. If I wanted to check the status of the irons would I have to contact them or could I contact Mizuno.

Fli-hi and 225(HMB) are separate clubs. There's pics of both in the thread.

The Fli-hi has more offset, is chunkier, and will probably fly higher.

Got a look at the iron and wedges today, super clean! 223 looks so much better in person than I imagined, and the copper wedge is just perfect, looks to be a bit shorter blade as well

Anyone know if I preorder through TGW do I have to contact them or can I contact Mizuno when checking on order status

How do the MB's look? I assume those are the 221's

I don’t know they actual release date. I heard a while ago end of January. The early dec preorder date is throwing me off. If it is end of Jan. That is a long time. Maybe that is smart though. Long preorder time frame helps them deliver rather than constantly be delayed.

Is there any word on available shafts and grip options, or is the assumption that most of what was available for the MP-20 line will be available for the new Pro line? (I was thinking to order with UST Mamiya Recoil 95 Graphite shafts just before they stopped taking orders)

Gotcha...Yeah a long preorder can give them a chance to make sure they have enough material to supply  orders. Instead of building some JPX irons for retail shelves they can use some of the shafts and grips to cover their new release or at least the people who preordered

IMO there is not a better looking iron head than the 620 MB. Just the Titleist on the back is money. That said, the ‘Mizuno Pro’ script and it’s placement on these new offerings doesn’t offend me at all.

Yeah those 620MBs are purty

The script doesn't offend allthough it's written in cursive for dummies. I just think it would look better in a different location.

I might keep my MP20s because I love them so much, but it's probably time for me to embrace the cavity.
