It's alive!!

So after posting a few renderings of a puttter design I made in a CAD program a few months back, I ended up connecting with an exceptional small putter manufacturer who's been mentioned on here to actually have this made! I can't believe how incredible it turned out, 100% going in the bag!

 

Completely crazy but I'm just blown away with it. I even got 15 of my golf crew on board and am now awaiting a full run to build!

It's pretty nuts, never really expected to actually take it all the way through to a real putter, let alone one that a bunch of buddies around the country are going to be using!

Center shaft for sure. I've been rolling the same Scotty Red X2 for the last 15 years or whatever its been so I'm a die hard center shafter! Not too much love out there for them though, maybe this will be the start of the change!

Milling and translucent blue paint fill look great. Head shape looks good too. Why did you go with a narrow channel on the flange as opposed to a ball width channel?

 

Also, did you do anything fun on the bottom?

Thank you! Regarding the shoulders/bumper zone it just felt better to my eye that size - it still frames the ball really well.

 

Haven't stamped anything on the bottom yet, this one is plain for now as the first one. On the ones I'm making for my buddies though we're going to get a bit wild on there but nothing too crazy with stamping!

Who was the "exceptional small putter manufacturer"? I know you mentioned that you were following my other putter refinishing thread, I was curious about who actually did the work for this... absolutely stunning
