No one is fast. But I can tell you i know someone personally that has been waiting for 4 and a half months on down g710s. Try of order some i210s. They will tell you they can’t get them. Had someone waiting on the for 5 months and ping finally just said “order something else”. Pretty sure they have discontinued the i210 now. Which is a shame. Great iron.

The i210 is not discontinued yet. Backed up in orders but not discontinued.

I placed an order for a G425 Driver, 3-wood and 5-wood on February 2nd. I was fit for the Rogue White in X-stiff for all clubs. The driver was ordered with a 70 gram shaft and the two fairways were ordered with 80 gram shafts. I was told it would be a 3-4 week wait time, I was in the room when my fitter ordered the clubs and I know this is what were were quoted. The driver showed up after about 6 weeks, which is inconvenient but not the end of the world. That brings me to today, I called Ping and told them the situation. They assured me on my last call that I would have my clubs in hand no later than April 16th, well today they told me that It will be at minimum two more months until my clubs ship. Ping is offering no compromise in any way and basically told me to take it or leave it.. Ping used to be a great company and I know that sourcing shafts is tricky in today's time but there are alternatives to just telling me to take it or leave it. Really frustrated by their lack of customer service.

This doesn't make sense. PING will not talk to customers in regards to orders. They will only talk to the account holder.  You would not even have the necessary information for them to pull your order.

I wanted a new set of G425 irons but these wait times are miserable. However, I dont think we can really blame the manufacturers. I work in the tire industry and were running out of product. My buddy went to get ceiling paint yesterday and he cant find it anywhere. I also went to Golf Galaxy and the store looked like it was robbed. Its just the world we live in rite now.

I guess I really lucked out.  Aside from all the trouble I had with my builds that I groaned about on a different thread, my golf shop did do me a favor and changed up a set of i210's they had coming in for their shelves. They changed the order to fit my specs and I was able to get them in about 4 weeks.  I do feel bad though for all the customers and the shops, a very frustrating situation we seem to be in, but as people have already stated no industry is immune to this.

Driver: Ping G410 LST, 9 degree, VA Composites Raijin Black 65 X

3 Wood: Sim Tour Issue, 14.5 degree, VA Composites Synystr 75 X

Utility: Ping iCrossover 3 iron, GD 95X

Irons: Srixon ZX5/ZX7 Combo, TT X100

Wedges: Vokey 54/58, S300

Putter:  Lajosi, Bellum Winnmore, or Scotty 5.5......We'll see who wins!!

Ball: Titleist ProV1

I ordered Ping G410 irons last yr. I was told 3-4 weeks. It took 11 weeks.

For those of you ordering new clubs it is the times we are in. Unless you don't have any clubs at all play what you already have and wait on your order.. At one time they were the clubs you loved too. I enjoyed playing golf with what I already had while I waited last yr. Believe me it was worth the wait because I'm loving my G410's once I received them.

Think about something you really need and can't get. My refrigerator broke last April. I had to wait from April to Oct. to get another one that would fit in my kitchen. I was lucky to find a smaller one to hold me over. I got the last one in that model. I couldn't even get the parts to fix my old one. Another couple was there and wanted the same one and they were told I got the last one and it would be 6 months for more to come in.

Another friend's dryer broke. It was four weeks until he got a new one. Another friend had the same problem. It was 6 weeks for them.

As said above no industry is immune to this. Just hope it isn't something you can't get by without.

I received a partial shipment of my PING order today.  G425 Max 3 & 5 Woods along with the G425 4 Hybrid.  Just a hair over 5 weeks from the order date.  Hopefully, the irons and wedges get here soon.  Was quoted 4-5 weeks on everything but the wedges (which were 6-7 weeks).  Played my best round of the early year yesterday with the current PXG's so, while anxiously awaiting their arrival, I'm at least happy with the swing/game coming along.

PXG Black Ops 10.5* w/Fujikura Motore F3
PING G425 Max 3 wood w/ALTA CB 65 Slate

Taylormade Stealth 15* w/Hzrdus RDX 75

SRIXON 3 (22°) Utility Iron w/Recoil Dart F3
PXG 0317T (5-W) w/Recoil Dart F4

PXG Sugar Daddy II 56* w/Recoil Dart F4

VOKEY SM9 50° & 60° w/Tensei AV
L.A.B. Golf DF 2.1 w/Accra Shaft (Black on Black)

It does kind of blow that this is the year. The G425 line is one of the more exciting. The irons are pretty similar to 410s, but look amazing.

The fairways and hybrids are next freakin level. I'm just taking it on the chin and waiting for them.

Just ordered the 4 hybrid. No tabulator's, super hot, great stock shafts.

I think these hybrids are going to be run away success.

A little bit of hope for you guys waiting on i210s!

Ordered a set of Blue Dot Ping i210  with DG X100 shafts +.5  in March, was quoted a lead time of 10 weeks. 5 weeks later, the clubs were on my doorstep. The dealer I ordered them through told me to go buy a lottery ticket, but hopefully this is more an indication of things speeding up for everybody?

It's a grip issue for Ping as much as anything...I ordered mine in March, but still don't have them. I called Ping yesterday and the rep said more than likely my clubs are done, but holding and waiting on grips from Golf Pride. I ordered Tour Velvet +4 and he said a lot of their is a shortage on some of the high end grips like those and MCC +4 from Golf Pride bcuz there is a rubber shortage. He said said it could still be close to 2 months before they get them. He also said, if I wanted regular standard grips, like regular Tour Velvets, it would be quicker.

Beginning week 12 of a wait for a glide 3.0 wedge w/Recoil 95 shaft. Should have just bought off the rack like I just did for their hybrids. Would have been close enough for government work…

Ordered 4/16.  First ship date 6/15.  Then second update Mid July.   2nd swing is a class act in that they cancelled by order on my request.  Was able to find competitor irons with my specs on the bay.  They came in today! after asking seller to delay shipping since I would not have been home to receive last week from vacation.
