How long have you been playing your current driver and what is it?

Adams 9015D, 9.5*, Grafalloy ProLaunch Red x-stiff shaft

It's been in the bag since approximately 20010.

I've hit many of the "new" drivers side-by-side with my 9015D over the years on a launch monitor and none have beaten it in any statistic:  Ball speed, dispersion, spin, launch, etc.

The 2021 crop of drivers has me intrigued, however.  Budget permitting, I may do a thorough start-from-scratch fitting and comparison to see if my 9015D can be bested.  But I wouldn't be surprised if it stays in the bag.

I have been playing a G400 since the fall of 2018. I upgraded from a TaylorMade r5! So I stick to drivers for awhile. I remember it beating out the LST (mishits way more offline), Rogue Sub Zero and M4 (aesthetics), and the other finalist: Cobra F8. My driver is now the oldest non-putter club in my bag (tied with my G400 4H). I have enough length that 10 yards wouldn’t buy me a lot on the courses I play. I am also a sucker for clean matte black (I pair with a label-down HZRDUS yellow and black grip) and the 440cc size is just different enough to really suit my eye. That’s how I justify saving a few hundred bucks whenever I get the itch!

400 Max with Tour 65 shaft.  Been swinging it for two years with no plans to change any time soon.  I have a Titleist 905R I enjoy hitting in scrambles for fun...but the Max is just a great piece of equipment.

I still game my Nike Covert  at 11.5* Neutral setting with the Kuro Kage stiff shaft. I've had it since 2015 I think its been so long since i bought it but its been amazing for me 🙂 got another Range session on Thursday planned to get numbers for 2021 before my first round post lockdown next week (Hopefully weather wise)

Taylormade R580XD with a Grafalloy Blue shaft that's been in the bag since 2004. I have a Taylomade R7 425 TP that I gave a shot but it couldn't knock it out of the bag...it's  been sitting in the corner for 15 years. Granted, from 2014 until last year I played maybe two or three rounds a year. I will revisit it's status once I get my swing back to where it was, but whatever I get will be a couple years old. I'm patient and will wait for the right deal before I replace it as I have tried the fresh new hotness and it was not huge distance gain.... more the ability to easily adjust to optimize the launch.

Gaming an EF SZ for a couple years and have lost confidence in it and worse off think I was jibbed fitting. Going to the fitter that got me in my pxgs in May to find something on the more forgiving side that can still keep my spin in check.

Well I first used my current driver in March, 2018. Call it three years ago. After a year and a half I foolishly switched to a Titleist driver (hey, I love my TItleist irons sure the driver will be great). A few months of short and crooked later I returned to the M4.

Then I recently played a dozen or so rounds with a SIM MAX driver. Hey, it's like the latest and greatest version of the M4. Gotta be an improvement. Well, it's a real straight hitter (like the M4) but my two or three best drives each round with the SIM MAX go maybe 210-215 yards versus 220-230 with the M4.

So it's back in the bag now. In all honesty, I'd be stupid to play anything else. I've played a wide variety of drivers over the years that let me hit a little over 50% of fairways and average around 200 yards. But the M4 is the only one that consistently turns those numbers into 60% and 210 yards.

Love them! The 902s are quite high launching (and I’m already a high ball hitter) but the feel and forgiveness are second to none in the players CB segment. I’ll be playing them for many years to come.

Cobra Amp Cell Pro with with stock Kuro Kage shaft since it was released.  Longest and most forgiving driver I've yet to hit.  Tried to replace it a couple times without success.  Amazingly, this driver is 10 years old and they still sell for over $100 on that auction site.

I've been using my Amp Cell with the stock fuel shaft since 2014.
