Anyone have any idea what the TD heads are going to cost when Callaway releases them?

I was quoted $650.

He’s in a Epic Speed 💎💎💎DS w/ a MCA Diamana DF 60TX @45 inches

So is the "DS"  a "draw" biasis head or are the other 💎💎💎 heads fade biasis and the DS is Neutral? Let me ask another way, is the "retail" head and the "DS" the same in terms of CG?

DId you think the "speed" was more forgiving than the TSI3? I did but that was with only one fit session. Did you do anything in terms of "rat glue" in the head or what settings did you end up with? Did you try the "TB" shaft with this head, if so results? Thanks as always...

After numerous sessions hitting Diamana TB, I have placed an order for a TB 70 for my driver and TB 80 for my 3 wood. The extra weight smoothed out my swing tempo while gaining 2 mph ballspeed with driver and tightening my dispersion.

Speed is more forgiving that TSi3 by a decent margin in my testing.

I have my Speed head weighing in at 201G (no adapter). Rear weight is 9G and there is a squirt of hotmelt just in front of the weight port.

Triple Diamond STD is Neutral (Also has a modified Cyclone Aero shape)
Triple Diamond LS is Neutral (Lower Spin) (No Cyclone Aero shaping)
Triple Diamond DS is Draw Biased (will not go to retail)

Fair to say that the CG placement on is closer to retail but the heads have a different CC and head shape. 450CC on the diamond heads.

The top line on the diamond heads has a fade look but in all honesty they sit pretty square.

The best way to look at it is this. The diamond heads across the board are very well suited for players that like workability, not super low spin rates and hit the middle of the face more often them not. Think of them like a forged cavity back. Plenty of forgiveness, long enough, good spin to work the ball, moderate forgiveness etc.

I see that you are playing Speed TD.  How does it compare with flight and spin to standard Speed?

So is there a Speed LS now? Or is that the 💎💎💎 models?

If so how would a Speed LS compare to the Max LS?? Mainly a shape difference?

I haven’t really had time to test any of these Callaway drivers this year and still pretty happy with the Flash SZ but I like the idea of improving sound while finding a lower spin profile that isn’t too low

💎💎💎 gave me about 200-300 more RPM consistently than LS. and its easier for me to turn over oddly enough. I went with a different weight set up going with an 6G weight up front and a 12G weight in the back. I haven't hit a driver this well in a while. 1K in this head is a monster, thinking of going to the 50TX at 46 for hits and giggles lol

Just got my Tour Issue Speed TD on Friday, took it to the range Friday afternoon and got a round in with it on Saturday, got it paired with the 70x 1K shaft. Been using a Tour Issue 8.5 Epic Flash TD for the last two years with a 70x Diamana DF. The Speed TD def has a different feel than the Flash TD though could be a combination of the shaft also. Not sure I was a big fan of the 1K and will likely not play it going forward. Hoping to get on trackman in the next day or so and compare the numbers, the Speed TD feels solid and looks good, I actually really like how the alignment aid stands out more.

I never really gave the Mavrik a try because I really love the Flash TD but I did hit a Mavrik a couple times, to me I think the Speed is closer to the Mavrik in terms of feel than the Flash...just my 2 cents.

First impressions are that it might be a little more forgiving than the Flash TD. I plan on going out this afternoon to hit some balls and going to do more comparisons with the DF in both heads to get a better feel for it. Currently has a 8g in both the front and back

Great info.  Sometimes a little more spin is not a bad thing trying to get it optimum for your own swing.  I have a fitter that has a head coming for me.  I play Tensei Orange in an Epic Flash SZ that I still hit well.  I always experiment with new drivers if I feel they can fit my game.  I am assuming weight back a little probably added more spin and forgiveness too?  The plus with a good fitter is he can tweak it just like I want it.

Yes the weight in back was a huge part of this. It put my average spin in the 2300 RPM range at about 13 to 14 launch. I honestly haven't hit a driver this consistently well in a long time. Center strikes are up to about 8 or 9 outta 10 on course. Thats huge for me, I can play well from there

Johnny, I’m playing the retail speed now and picked up 2 mph club head speed. Just ordered a 💎💎💎 LS do you think I should switch the order to just a standard 💎💎💎 To keep the aeroshapping?
