Found one of these in the woods yesterday and was playing a scramble, so played it for a few holes. It's a trip to use, especially around the greens. Kind of hard to follow in the air and I found myself thinking my ball was plugged or something, but I could only see half of it... very weird, but I had fun playing it for sure.

My oldest got me three dozen (3 for 2) for Father’s Day so it looks like I’m IN with these for a while. I love the way they play and white balls are looking decidedly boring to me lately. 🙂

Got my dad 3 dozen of the blue/yellow with the father's day sale. Hopefully he'll give me a dozen, and I'll be able to give my 2 cents worth.

I got my father a couple of good local six packs for Father's Day and he told me he was on medication that didn't allow him to drink, so he gave them back. Sounds like we're on the same plan!

Not true. They're softer than the ProV1 and ProV1x. Quieter click, too.

Not quite as much spin off the irons, but they do fly a good distance.

Are you talking about the Srixon or the random Eclipse balls I quoted on the post? Cause I've played and play the Srixon balls and enjoy them.

I hope they come out with a white/red eventually. The blue/yellow better fall yellow up because blue is TOUGH to find in the rough for me.

A buddy of mine tried out the blue/yellow balls Sunday and the he said the only thing he doesn't like about them is that when it lands blue up in the rough that they are tough to see. I'm holding off hoping I can try one of his.

My mistake.

All good I'm excited for these Srixon balls cause previous split balls were rock hard. These feel like a normal ball.

Now just to get a sleeve vs a dozen for practice.

I purchased 2 dozen--that was all they had in stock. I can't tell if I really like a ball until I play it for a while. I'll be playing this one throughout the summer.

I think that might be a placeholder page.  I read from the press release (on another website) that the Orange/Yellow will be available July 30th.  The Blue/Yellow are available starting today.

Anyone ever find single sleeves of these, other than at pro shops?

They sent me a text, those bastards. My blue and yellow showed up last week from Golf Galaxy I think.

My buddy gave me a sleeve of these last week.

As a sort of joke, I pulled one out Thursday on the first hole of my league. Started the round birdie-par-birdie.

Long story short, I've played the SAME ball for for 63 holes and have pocketed over $300 in skins/greenies/Nassau's.

They are dizzying to watch chipping and putting, but other than that, it's a heck of a ball (at least the one I've used).

Yeah I got the same text which made me look it up.  Strange you got the blue/yellow last week, maybe the other site (can't name them for fear of being scolded, but you can find it) had a story from today talking about them, that's where I got the release date of today for blue/yellow

I think Dicks had the blue a week or more ago. I needed a few putter grips they didn't have so I ordered the blue/yellow at the same time from Golf Galaxy. Got the balls, grips are next week apparently.

I normally play the ProV1, Callaway Chrome Soft, or the Snell MTB. I can usually tell the difference between these and the next-lower tier. The only balls I've found at that level that were okay were the Callaway Supersoft (because it is sooooo much like a marshmallow) and the original Titleist NXT Tour. But this one is different, and it isn't because of the 2-color scheme. I like it. It seems a bit longer, but that doesn't matter to me. It seems to spin pretty well around the greens, not less enough to notice. But the feel is really good, which I don't normally find in Srixon. For comparison, I purchased a box of Z Stars. They're fine, but not noticeably different. In fact, the only tour-level ball I've EVER found to be significantly different is the Chrome Soft.

So, I'm going to play the two boxes of these two-color Q-Star Tours and decide from there. But they're fun so far.

I was playing the regular QStar and it was ok. But after I played these I moved up to the tour in white as well.

Someone on Facebook claimed the orange and red were available in Seattle a few weeks ago.

I played a full round (kinda, hole 5&6 we’re closed) with these today and I really love how they play but I will reinforce what others have said, the blue is tough to find and the red isn’t much easier.  There were balls that I KNEW I was within 10 feet of but couldn’t find them.

I had been playing the prov1x because I got a gray deal on 100 used mint ones ($80), but I may move the the q star tours for a regular ball. I think I’m out of the fairway too often to play the divides.
