It got pushed back a month or two. It was supposed to be released this week originally.

Got mine today as well.  I ordered it directly from Bushnell during the apparently brief window it was available.  It's noticeably larger than the original Phantom (in a good way), with a bigger screen.  It feels more substantial than the original Phantom.  The Bite magnet on this thing is the real deal. Will get it out on the course this weekend.

Not the best photo, but gives an idea of the size comparison.

Yes - I like it a lot.  Much improved over the original Phantom.  Bigger screen that's easier to read, better magnet, longer battery life, easier navigation (more intuitive for me at least).  I like that the charging cable is USB-C as well.  Definitely a nice upgrade to the previous version.  We'll see how it holds up - the previous one was a bit glitchy for me.

Just received a Phantom 2.  As long as it works as well/better than the original Phantom then it's a homerun.  Love the new size and the feel is much more premium than the original.  While I probably won't use the clip, it's concept is a huge improvement over the original magnetic clip that was susceptible to accidentally knocking the device off and losing it (though the plastic retainer part of clip could have durability issues).  The magnet seems a lot stronger with a larger contact surface area.

Will report back after on course usage, but not sure when that will be.

Edit- read that it works while charging now.  Shouldn't be an issue with the 18 hr battery life, but you never know.

Good timing, just finished my 1st round with it.  It's darn near perfect.  Takes a little bit of time to get used to the buttons, but it's pretty simple.  Walked today and much preferred it vs my laser as it fits nice in my back pocket.  Pull it out get the center of green # and fire away.  No fumbling with the laser in and out of the bag, etc.  For a casual walking round by myself today it was great.  Now if I'm playing a more serious round I might want the laser for more exact #s.  But I found it was as accurate as I'm capable of hitting anyways.  It also keeps basic score/stats (fairways hit/missed to which side, putts, and gives a fairway and GIR % when done), but don't care so much for that feature.

I have enjoyed Bushnell range finders so I tried the Phantom 2. My second round with it was a very cold morning (it's December) and after 4-5 holes the screen started to not show everything on it - parts of the image disappeared - I touched the screen and it cracked. Contacted Bushnell and sent the unit to them and they replied "you broke it, want 20% off another product?" - I told them no thanks. This is a great concept and idea for a product made out of cheap materials. I would not recommend.

I have a Phantom 2 and really like the unit, but they aren't that sturdy or robust if they get knocked around or jostled.  My screen got a little wonky as well towards the end of the season.  For a device they advertise as being able to attach to a clubhead with the rear magnet, it certainly fell off a lot (while using a push cart).  The user manual also says it's not to be "stored" under 32* F / 0* C, so they clearly don't deal with the cold very well.

Touched the screen and it cracked?  The only way I see that happening is if it had been dropped before and caused damage that then led to failure.
