Titleist TSi 3 Order Turn Around Time

Got fit into a TSi3 yesterday, and can't wait to get it. Does anyone here have any details to share about the turnaround time from order to delivery? They quoted me 3-4 weeks which seemed somewhat excessive for a fairly stock build on a driver, but I've never personally dealt with them or Titleist either.

I was quoted the same earlier this year and it only took 2.5 weeks. As long as Titleist has all of the components I would expect it to be closer to 3 weeks for you.

I just got my TSi4 Friday, it was two weeks to the day from order....

I ordered a custom Tsi3 9 degree from DiscountDans March 6th and was given an estimate of 5 weeks until ship date. I called Titleist customer service a week and a half ago and they told me the head was on back order. I was told they would be getting them tomorrow 3/30 and it would be another 1-3 weeks build time, probably due to the back up. I've read some slightly discouraging things about people ordering T100's and taking upwards of 3 months, so I'm hoping they actually get the heads in by tomorrow.

You may also want to periodically check on your build. A friend of mine waited 7 weeks to follow up on a new wedge. When he called he was told his grip was on back order and not expected for 3 more weeks. He changed his grip choice and the club shipped the next day.

Mine was ordered on March 23rd, quoted ship date for April 28th! My guy is calling Titleist to find out what the deal is. Interesting given its a completely stock TSI2 driver and 3 wood with only the shafts -1/2". I'm hoping this is an underpromise overdeliver situation!

Update: confirmed Titleist is 4 weeks out on build time for everything, including stock.

They are likely facing the same component shortage as everyone else. My TSi2 4W came pretty fast, 2 weeks or so but I've been waiting on mostly stock (just added hot melt) Ping build for 6+ weeks due to the shaft not being in stock

I ended up upgrading my shipping to next day air, just in case, as I am going to Pinehurst in a couple weeks. Turns out the Tsi3 heads came in yesterday exactly when they said they would. Driver showed up today and I am pumped. Was quoted 5 weeks until ship, ordered 3/7 so a little over 3 weeks all in with getting it next day air. Hopefully everyone gets theirs before their quoted time frame!

I got fit for a tsi3 driver and tsi2 3 wood on Saturday. The rep quoted me 3 weeks until it shipped. 

 

I wanted to get the Tour Velvet 360 white, but they let me know that, and many other golf pride grips were backordered until 5/1 due to a ship sinking. LOL!

Ordered mine on 2/14 got it 8 days later. Completely lucky fluke as I’ve never gotten a custom club in that amount of time.

I got mine this past Monday. 9 days total if my math is correct.

I already had a TSi3 and just ordered a TSi2 for fun (directly from Titleist) and had it in less than a week.  8 degree head, X Tensei blue and 44.5 length.  Nothing too crazy but was impressed how quickly i received it.  Not entirely stock but not crazy custom.

I ordered mine march 28 and due to ship May 20. Tsi3 10 degree tensi white raw 75x. Ridiculous to have to wait almost 2 months for a stock option club.

currently Tsi3 9* driver and Tsi2 15* fairway heads are on backorder, but theres a shipment coming in next week.

You freaked me out about the Tour Velvet 360 White, as those are what I had ordered with my T300 irons order that has been in since February with no movement.  I sent some urgent emails to my store yesterday, heard back today that my irons had shipped from Titleist, and lo and behold, delivered today.  Who would've ever thought that ordering golf clubs could be so stressful, but that's 2020/2021 for ya.

I ordered my tsi2 fairway and hybrid 6 weeks ago and followed up now. Was told the grip I wanted was out until July...they’ve since changed it and expected to ship out within a week or so.

TSI3 8 Degree and TSI3 5 Wood.  Fitted and ordered on 7th March, Titleist email updated to "In Process" 3/29, Shipped on 3/30, ProShop received on 4/2.

Ordered TSi3 driver over the weekend from DD but sounds like I will be waiting a little while.

Placed my order April 1st for LH 10 degree Tsi3 w stock extra stiff tensai shaft. Club fitter told me 3-4 weeks total. Called Titleist this week and was told 10 degree LH head was on back-order until May 17th. Then add 2 weeks build time. Then add 2 weeks shipping time. 

 

Extremely upset lol. Have a golf trip in early June and July. Be damn lucky to have the thing by then.. 

 

Worst part is I sold my TS3 three days after the fitting LOL. playing 3 wood and 2 iron off every tee this season I guess.

Just got off the phone with Titleist, the 10 degree TSI3 head is back ordered until 5/24. My TSI2 3wood will ship within a few days and everything is in stock on that one.

 

It sounded like they have all necessary shafts and grips in stock, it's just the TSI3 heads that are currently out of stock. 

 

Be aware anyone ordering that particular head!

Not ideal, but maybe order a different loft head if those are in stock and trade here?

I ordered a TSi3 fairway on April 8th, and it was about 2 weeks before it shipped.  The website was saying a production time of 20 business days.  It came earlier than expected for me.

I changed my shaft preference with my TSi3 order, went stock tensei white with a tour velvet white, not grey, grip and it got to me in 2.5 weeks.  I had previously been waiting since 3/2 with a custom shaft order
