Titleist T200 / T100s Combo

In the market for new irons. I currently play AP2s and am looking for a little more forgiveness, especially in the longer irons. I’m a 10index and hit my 7i 175 with AP2s.
I tested the T100 T100s and T200 today and liked them but am having trouble deciding what to do if I do a split set.

Was thinking T100s PW-8i and T200 7i-4i.
Anyone else do something similar?  Is there a big gap between 7i and 8i?
I was thinking of bending the T200s a degree weak to help with the gap.

I don’t want to get the gap wedge in the set as I like my 50* vokey. I’m thinking the gap would be manageable from T100s PW to vokey 50* but would be too large from T200 PW to vokey.

I did do a fitting but he did not have +1” shafts for all the different irons. Appreciate any feedback.

Find a Fitter with the correct length shaft, super important for ball speed and flight.

Next, with any mixed set regardless of brand, you determine where your break is and tell the manufacturer to get the lofts properly adjusted.

that is their job, not yours.

Blended set here. I love these irons! They have just enough forgiveness and look very sexy at address.

T100s: PW-6I

T200: 5i-4i

Vokey SM8: 48, 56

In retrospect, I could/should have gone with 620CB in the 9i-PW bent 1 or 2 degrees stronger.

Now that I have fully adjusted to these clubs along with swing lessons, I plan on booking a gap analysis session soon.

I play T100S 6-GW, 1 degree weak with T200 5-6 one degree strong then a Callaway X-Forged UT 21 degree one degree strong.  Tried various different combos of T100/T100S/T200 and this gave me the best gapping.  The only 'issue' is the difference in offset is pretty dramatic between the 6 irons (T100S' bent weak leaves very little, T200 bent strong increases the already significant offset).  I've only hit the wrong 6 iron a couple of times (they look very different, I'm just oblivious at times...).  On the plus side, my course has 2 par 3s where I usually hit one of the 6 irons, and it messes with my playing partners when they ask what club I hit.

re what club did you hit...i get sick of that too.If two 6 irons work, well done, its your bag.I would add eg small red tape at base of hosel so you can identify the Long 6I

I'm thinking something similar, but didn't love the 6 degree gap from P to a 50 degree gap (which is my preference).  I also didn't love the five degree gap between the T200 7 iron and the T100s 8 iron (which is because I'm bending the t100s weak to better gap at the top end).  This is what I'm thinking of ordering--biggest concern is whether bending the T200 7 iron 2 degrees strong is too much:

T100 W (standard 50 degree loft)

T100s 8-P (all bent 1 degree weak in loft)

T200 7 iron (bent 2 degrees weak in loft)

T200 6 iron (bent 1 degree weak in loft)

T200 4-5 (standard loft)

This makes your loft gaps 50, 45, 41, 37, 33, 29, 25, 22.  Thoughts?
