Definitely. I hope he makes the cut!

Golf talking heads should at least buy Bryson dinner.  Hoursof air prior to the competition with nothing more to say and Bryson saved their heads with the driver, the training, the science, etc.  I think some people are taking it on the guy too harshly.  He has all the ups and downs any golfer can have.

I'm just watching everyone hit. It's nice to just watch shot after shot, good and bad. The JLPGA does something similar where you watch every group tee off and play number one and then as the final groups go off, they follow them and anyone who gets hot. It's nice seeing the old guys go around and seeing players that would never get any time, even though they are playing well - like Mackenzie Hughes.

Thanks.  I maybe able to accomplish that one !  Lol.     Hadn’t considered installing a browser.  Makes sense.

Watch on masters app on phone or tab  just press the button at the bottom that streams to your tv.

He brings it upon himself with his smug “it’s a par 68 to me” attitude.

so that means you shot an 80 doosh

The Masters app and streaming is the absolute pinnacle (not top flite) for golf viewing. And yesterday, as I was totally immersed in the golf viewing, I hear a voice. What voice? What is that annoying sound in the midst of the birds chirping along with the greatest golf show on earth? It's Kelly T! NOooo! It can't be! Puleeeze go away for good!

As I said last year, Augusta National is Bryson-proof! Almost every ball lies uphill, downhill or sidehill. That puts him off balance, and if he can't get over that he will have a hard time there every time he tees it up. Bombers like Bubba Watson or Tiger in his prime were artists. He is a mechanic.

Hats off to Justin Rose! This course plays tough, he can go out early today. If he holds it together he can go into the weekend with a sizeable lead. I don't think anyone will go real low today if the conditions stay like this or the wind freshens up. Hell, we should restart obee's thread, can a scratch play 85 under these conditions (no practice round)? I could. I'd just walk off after the 12th, I should have 85 by then ;-)

Trash talk by pro athletes was commonplace in the past, it was a bit of salt and pepper and fans loved it.  Now in the politically correct world of sports bland cliches nobody cares about are the rule.  Nothing can be more boring than a golfer's press conference these days

You couldn't have watched BDs final round at the US Open.

The distance debate comes down to distance making a 'mockery of par' but as can be seen all you got to do is make the greens harder to hit/hold and the scoring average goes out the window lol

First time I can remember Augusta greens looking like my local muni lol

They ain't rollin' like the local muni though.......

Is anyone sensing a possible parallel with Martin Kaymer's performance at the 2014 U.S. Open at Pinehurst? Team Europe player.  Game in a funk for the last 2-3 years. Absolutely nowhere on the radar coming into the event.  Blows away the rest of the field in the first round.

Weather conditions appear to be absolutely ideal this morning - overcast with almost no wind.  Assuming they've put some moisture in the greens overnight, the course may be ripe for the picking.  Of course, everyone else has the same scoring opportunities if those conditions hold up.  Nothing at all against JR, but I'm just hoping that the tournament isn't over by noon today, like it was in Kaymer's case.

Even if Rose does go low today and has an even bigger lead it's not over.

If Rose has proven anything over the last few years, it's that he will not go low 2 of the possible 4 days
