Just tuned in to Live From to see Dustin's presser and some female reporter asked him about the "fans".  Lol.  DJ smartly replied referencing "patrons".  Ridley probably has her in the basement jail already.

She's now in the special Jack Whittaker wing of the press building - who knows when she'll resurface.

I am guessing the winner this year is definitely in the single digits under par. Maybe even around par. Most players saying this is the firmest they have ever seen the course.

It's been a mess for ages. He's completely lost.

 

Every year he turns up at Augusta with a "new" mental approach but the outcome is always the same. IMO he needs to find a way to care a lot less about the outcome and just go and play some relaxed, carefree golf, which is when he's at his best. Instead he's now decided he's going to care even more about the majors, because that's what Tiger did.

It's 20th anniversary of Tiger slam, 2019 looks even more special, if that's even possible. Crazy covid year and weird thing is Golf the game comes up aces. So I'm soaking this one in. Love to see JT take this one.

I started to watch his presser and he was sounding just muddled and mumbling fir the first few minutes. 
 

He like, “uhhhh” “ahhhhh”, got annoying.

 

But he did answer my question about the course,

 

Its fast already and he said the greens are not receptive. Lol, Augusta makin sure no record this year ; )

My memory is fuzzy - Are they charging to watch featured groups this year? I have advisee conferences all day Thurs. and Fri. and I really do not want to pay for it to be a side distraction in the background.

Looking at the odds on a local betting site, Morikawa at 29:1 and Reed at 36:1 look like great value compared to some of the guys with shorter odds.

 

Reed's short game if the greens get crazy and Morikawa's iron precision are good fits for Augusta IMO.

I always figure you have to win something in the same season before the Masters. You have to be hot and full of confidence coming in. Thomas, Morikawa, BD, DJ or someone like Hovland or Homa will do it. I'd like to see Connors pull it off, for the folks in the north, but it may not be in the cards. 

 

I'll probably be up through the night all weekend to watch this thing - Japan time makes it tough, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

How big is Masters in Japan?  I know Japan big golf fans, is it a big thing? Oh, Hideki huge, I’m sure lots of news on him.
