Mizuno ST-X driver

Anyone able to shed any light on this new driver from Mizuno? Reviews? I've checked to search function, but so far nothing really on this yet. Mizuno woods have always been sort of overshadowed by their irons. Seem to be considered second rate on their woods, but I've had some fantastic Mizuno drivers and fairways in the past.

I have hit the 3 wood and not the driver.

 

There are a few reviews on youtube on the driver and fairways and they are being reviewed very favorably.  If you have not seen, I would suggest you check them out.

Thought there would be more interest in this driver from Mizuno. Anyone else?

Never have hit the ball farther and straighter than I have with the ST-X driver and ST-Z 3-wood (which is also fantastic off the tee). These woods are just as good if not better than any others out there. Also an incredible bang for the buck.

Thanks for posting. Haven't been able to find any other review threads on here. Really interested in how you would describe the sound? It's suppose to be more on the muted side which is an important characteristic for me.

The new ST line is more muted than the previous models, but those never bothered me in any case. The fairway woods have a great 'crack' when you strike the ball, so they are even better. No complaints at all.

After a driver fitting, I ended up ordering the ST-X driver. Hopefully it will be delivered soon and I can provide a complete review.

Definitely looking forward to that, along with providing one of my own. Golf is shut down due to C-19 here in Ontario, Canada.
