eBay, Quickship Golf, and wrong shafts.

I received a set of Mizuno hot metal irons yesterday that I had “won” at auction against 57 other bidders. Came in a Mizuno box. Opened box and couldn’t believe that the irons 4-PW-GW were like brand new heads wrapped in plastic like they came from the factory. I immediately started to remove the plastic and I was pleasantly shocked how beautiful this clubs are with the Nippon NS pro 950 neo shafts. Plastic didn’t come off easily but I got the hang of it after the first couple. Of course I didn’t want to scratch these babys . Took my time and even left a great feed back 😳Got to the five iron one left to go when something caught my eye. A tiny  S above the FLEX. I stopped dead in my tracks. I had purchased Regular Flex. . I immediately sent a message through ebay to Quickship Golf explaining that they had sent the wrong clubs. Then a while later sent them a picture of the shaft S. No response yet. Just asked them to please respond again. That’s three messages. Am I being unreasonable to expect them to respond quickly in this matter? The not so funny part about this is I just shipped out my old gamer clubs yesterday morning.  I’m sure they don’t care about that. LOL Does anyone have any insight into this ebay stuff. I’d appreciate some advice.

Quick Ship Golf sent the wrong irons to me once years ago. I ordered MP54 in LH, and they sent MP15s in RH. They took care of the issue and threw in a dozen Bridgestone balls.

I would give them a day, maybe even two before I tried again. I doubt they are constantly checking their ebay messages throughout the day. I would assume they'll fix the issue though.

Just received a message from Quickshipgolf. They have sent me a tracking number for the replacement set and shipped it 2nd day air. I’ll have them by Friday with a return label to send the incorrect set back. So, my apologies to Quickshipgolf. I have read some unflattering things about this company in a few places. But I must say a one day turn around is pretty good customer service.

That's awesome. I had an eBay order for 4 iron shafts in .370 and got 4 .355 graphite. Opened a return with eBay, got a label, got my refund. Still haven't heard from the seller. No "sorry, do you still need those iron shafts?" I don't, but still.

I bought my current driver and 3 wood from them.  Nothing but good things from me.. also purchased my last set of mizunos from them a few years back

I have had good experiences with them as well, glad they are making it right. 👍

Is the “s” inside a green box?  If it is not then you are not looking at the shaft flex.  All Japanese shafts have a small “ s for shaft” stencil on them.  This does not denote the actual shaft flex.  Just wanted to make sure you are looking at the correct label for this shaft.

haha... yeah, I looked at my Neo 950 and it has the small S in the box. Right above it says FLEX R, so I'm sure the OP didn't miss the big lettering.

so they replied in an hour based on your post time stamps.  It’s pretty normal to wait 24 hours on eBay for a customer service reply, so you did pretty good
