The price for Morikawa was a little surprising to me.  I don’t know if the course sets up great for him, but then again he is such a good iron player that he could definitely have a good week.  I liked the price enough that I bet a small amount on him.

Yup. Me, too. I loved his comment about the course set up. He said he made a mistake by trying to draw the ball all the time in October. He said he’s gonna play his comfortable fade, and just play his game. I love that attitude. He’s my favorite underdog.

Thank you! 10th last year, made the cut on his pro debut the year before and some good form this year. He’s not going to win it but as an each way punt, he seems to be good value.

Actually a hot putter is nice, but it’s great ball striking that usually gets the job done.  Leaving yourself makeable putts is the key to winning on that course.  Morikawa could make a run even though he isn’t the greatest putter.  Zalitorius, Corey Connor.
