Ping is usually pretty good on keeping current.  I know its not like a 'boots on the ground" report from the Masters.  Thought he was previously with the Blueprints?

Ping staffer no way he has zip cores. Those guys for all full baggers. The only ping staffer with something else is Finau and his putter.

Tyrrell Hatton uses vokeys in his sand and lob wedge.

Not really. Finau only has to play 11 Ping clubs per his contact. Ping no longer requires a full 14 club deal for all of its players. Earlier this year Finau was using a Nike Vapor Fly Pro driving iron and a Vokey SM8 wedge along with his Piretti.

 

Victor Hovland also has an 11 club Ping minimum deal. He has used a TM SIM 3 wood, Callaway X-Forged UT driving iron and a Vokey 60 Wedgework wedge so far in 2021. Tyrell Hatton uses at least 2 Vokey wedges as part of his Ping deal. Lee Westwood's last Ping deal was an 11 club minimum deal that included he use a Ping driver and putter.

 

Times have changed for PING club deals. They changed to keep up with others.

Confirmed he’s using at least one Zipcore

I love the amount of lag he gets and how he seems to swing smoother than other long hitters. Always comes across as a polite young gentleman when interviewed.

Not sure how often Ping updates their website but Cam Champs WITB has completely changed from a few weeks ago when I looked at it.  Has him in a G425 LST now, used to be the G425 Max.  G410 3-wood now, used to be a G410 5 wood turned down to 16.5.  Has him using a G425 hybrid now, never had a hybrid listed before.  And here is the biggest change, they list him in a set of I210 irons 4-PW, before he had an Iblade/Blueprint combo.  Only lists a 50 and 54 Ping wedge so that would leave room for a 60 of another brand.

 

On a side note I thought it was interesting he mentioned in an interview at Augusta about his driver only being 43.5” long and he’s not chasing maximum distance like Bryson.

He was using I210 irons on Friday. Couldn’t see the driver and didn’t notice the wedges.

That's the bag of a monster.  3rd in driving distance behind Bryson and Rory.  It doesn't even look like he's swinging all that hard.  Effortless power for sure.

He is signed with Srixon for the ball and he is a big face for them for that...so Zipcore is not a totally outrageous suggestion.

Actually very few of the ping guys have a full bag of ping.. Vast majority play at least one other brand of wedge (usually vokey).. Westy one of the few with a full bag thru putter of ping

Its actually the new glide forged pro wedge which looks a lot like the zipcore. Has been playing the G425 hybrid with Ventus Blue 10X since it launched on tour at the ZOZO. 

 

He's back in C taper 130X with I210's.

And Smoke Green 70TX 44.5" in G425 LST.

Played with him and some other teammates back in 17' when they were in Florida for a tourney, really good kid and yes very smooth and very long.

I love how he is not that much slower than Bryson without swinging out of his shoes. Amazing golf swing

Possibly. His last reported deal with Ping was in 2018 that included the 11 club clause/driver/putter deal information above.  Nothing new reported on his club deal since 2018. As reported earlier PING no longer requires a 14 club deal with its staff players.
