SIM Warranty Replacement

So I am curious if anyone has any insight on this manner... I had a 2020 SIM driver that I sent in for warranty replacement through my local Club Champion in early Dec. I have been told they will be replacing it with a SIM 2 but here we are now in mid April and I still haven't gotten my replacement.

Is anyone else experiencing this long wait time? Masters weekend is usually when I get out and start playing somewhat regularly and I'm kind of disappointed that I really can't go play.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

If Club Champion is where you purchased it I'd be all over them to get it done. I've had warranty replacements from both TM  and Callaway and in each case they had a replacement to me within 72 hours. You might even consider calling TM directly.

It is the Club Champion that is yanking your strings and it should not have took that long. Get on them.

My pro told me today that I will get my replacement SIM2 driver in 3-4 weeks, he just contacted them this morning to set up a warranty replacement. I had a crack on the sole of SIM driver and my last round with that SIM driver produced really weird ballflights before I noticed the crack.

TM wouldn't even honor their warranty on my SIM MAX.  I cracked the face and it was small but visible.  I heard it when I made impact and it felt off.  Took it as a loss and moved on.

I heard that TM isn’t covering things no questions asked as has been the case for several years.

I recently got a guys titleist 5 wood head replaced no problem. But it did take around 7 weeks to see it back.

I traded for a Epic flash driver here and it developed a rattle in the head.  Called Cally.  I had a Mavrik replacement in 5 days.  BEFORE I sent the Flash back.  They emailed a return label(UPS) and I just sent the FLASH back in the same box.  Within a week of it being delivered to t hem they sent an email confirming receipt and thanking ame and apologizing again for the inconvenience.

I recently had an issue with my M5 5-wood. I contacted TM directly and after sending in a few photos, they told me they would send a replacement but that it would not ship until April 19.  This was in early March.  I received the replacement 5 wood (SIM2) a few weeks ago.  It only took about 8 days from start to finish.

When they did reply to your initial contact?

I'm seriously thinking about going Cally next time I decide to replace my driver at least.  I've been a TM fan boy for a long time.  Last kick a** Cally driver I had was the FT-9TA.  In fact I had 2 of them.  Their Epic line this year is excellent when I went in to test their line up.  Thing is, as bladehunter said, TM used to be really good about replacing damaged or defective products.  Not so much anymore.

Mavrik is better than the original Flash.  I refuse to spend $500 on ONE golf club!
