Tiger's career as far as winning on the PGA Tour is over, this may be just laying down new sod to let Charlie practice, and so Tiger can still do short game clinics and get togethers because he still loves golf. That would be my best guess at least.

I spent this evening doing some research on this. The only conclusion I can come up with is that this is a key indicator that he will be retiring from professional golf in the near future. All of the clues add up, and this is a major piece to the puzzle

It looks like he's at TPC Sawgrass or something. Absolutely mint. 
 

What's happening now is renovation. He's had a world class backyard golf course for years.

 

He makes one of the greens be an imitation of Augusta National before The Masters, for example. Turf? no gracias. 

 

Yeah Tiger's setup is nice....but ummm let's be real...Pelz's setup puts his to shame and the synthetic turf nowadays is amazing in relation to durability and how realistic it plays when chipping and putting on them.  Imitation of Augusta's green speeds...Pelz has a replica of Sawgrass 17 in his back yard...smh!!

This website is the best because we took an aerial photo of Tiger Woods’ backyard and analyzed it to determine that he was both retiring and getting ready for his come back...I love you all
