Honma irons

Hi there everyone. I’m new to the forums and had some questions regarding honma irons. I found some for sale online locally for a good price and bought them. I only know that Honmas are expensive and little else. It’s not a full set but there are a total of  6 clubs. 4,6,9,10,11 SW and from what I read the higher stars for the shaft and head from 2-5 the higher the price. They seem to be honma twin mark cn-808 from my research online. I’m just wondering if anyone has any more information on these elusive clubs

There r many good irons....i think endo is better ...endo forged like srixon or miura forged..epon..

Hmmm any set missing the 5, 7, 8 irons, unless you’re just taking them to the range, seems like a odd purchase. I’ve only played Tour Worlds (717’s & later), not Twin Marks.

I'm just looking for info on them. They came in a bag with a bunch of clubs. I didn't know what was in there. I'm looking for some loft numbers to see what I have and if anyone knows about them.

Always worth a shot calling/emailing Honma or taking them to a local builder to get them checked out.

I just bought a new set of Honma TW-X irons, 5-11, with Nippon Modus3 regular shafts in them. Haven’t tried them yet as I haven’t received them yet. Hopefully I like them 🏌️

There appear to be a couple of CN-808 models, but this site should be useful:

That will give you the specs and stuff. Seems like they were released in 2005. 

 

Weird to have so many clubs missing.

I just ordered some TR21X in 5-11 in Mitsu MMT 80 - I want a more forgiving set at times, and I won a set of the next generation of MP-22 which I should be fit for and have by end of summer.This gives me the freedom to get something a little more demanding in the Mizuno.
