1. How will a SeeMore putter could help your game?

A few ways (I hope). Firstly, having a putter that will help with a consistent set-up and alignment would be huge. These are things I tend to get sloppy with at times.

Secondly, something with zero-offset and higher MOI would help with reducing my miss tendencies (left) and giving me some more forgiveness.

2. What is your handicap?

10.0

3. Location?

Ottawa, ON 🇨🇦

4. What style of putter do you tend to prefer

My heart says that I like an Anser style blade with lots of offset and sex-appeal. My head tells me I putt horribly with putters like that, because I can't aim them properly (I'm right handed and left eye dominant). From experience, I do best with zero-offset putters. My current putter is an Edel E1 Torque Balanced.

5. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your putting?

My distance control is usually OK, but my alignment definitely needs work. I've worked hard on my stroke over the winter, to the point where I'm confident that it's reasonably consistent. However, my misses tend to come from poor alignment and/or green reading (I realize a putter won't fix the latter).

6. What type of facility do you primarily play at (ie public vs private), and how would you rate the greens?

I play most of my rounds at a semi-private course with good quality greens. They tend to be medium to medium-fast in summer, with quite a few subtle breaks.

7. Are you able to test equipment on a golf course with one week of its receipt?

As of the third week of May, yes! Ontario seems to be the only place in the northern hemisphere where courses are currently closed because of our latest lockdown. 😪 I'll save the rant about that but at least the courses and greens will be in great condition when we're finally allowed out to play!

8. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing testing thread, posting reviews and photos?

Absolutely!

1) I tend to struggle with alignment, so having a consistent set up will help out tremendously.

2) currently a 3, but I’ve been on a hot streak so between 3 and 6

3) Northern Illinois

4) a mallet. The two putters I rotate between is a Bettinardi qb10 proto and a Bettinardi inovi 6.0 center shaft.

5) speed and reading greens are my strengths. Weakness is that the ball doesn’t start on the line I intended, so alignment is definitely something I want to improve upon.

6) semi private. Greens are in very good shape and pretty quick. There are a good amount of multi tiered greens and once summer hits they are very quick. It’s also a links style course so I use my putter from off the green regularly.

7) absolutely, I try to play Atleast 2 times a week. If I’m working close to home I will stop and practice after work.

8 of course!

1. I have struggled majorly with putting, dragging down my handicap. Most misses are just slightly off leading me to believe aim is a major component of failure on the green especially on putts within 6 feet.

2. 12.7

3. Baldwinsville, NY

4. mallet. But open to anything at this point.

5. setup is consistent, lag putting is not terrible.

6. semi-private. Very well maintained.

7. yes. Normally play at least 5 days a week.

8. would love to.

This is something I've been waiting for pretty much since becoming a member here.

1. How will a SeeMore putter could help your game?  The alignment aid will absolutely help me start a putt on the proper line.  The typical alignment aids on my gamer are nice but I recognize that the SeeMore alignment system is next level and has been for quite some time.
2. What is your handicap? 7.7

3. Location? San Diego, CA?
4. What style of putter do you tend to prefer?  This is the big question - I'm not sure.  I have a scottie square back that's a few years old but i was NOT fitted.  I like half mallets for the weight - blades are too unforgiving while huge mallets just don't fit my eye.
5. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your putting?  keeping the face square to my desired line at impact.
6. What type of facility do you primarily play at (ie public vs private), and how would you rate the greens?  torrey is my home course and the greens are fast and true

7. Are you able to test equipment on a golf course with one week of its receipt? easily

8. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing testing thread, posting reviews and photos? absolutely.

Thanks for the opportunity!  This is a real one.

1. RST Alignment, alignment and alignment... also the milled putter heads provide excellent feel and feedback for speed control.
2. 22 handicap (driving issues)
3. Eugene, Oregon
4. I prefer center shaft mid mallet to full mallet for forgiveness (Original FGP, Nashville's and Mini GIANT Deep Flange look very appealing)

6. Primarily play public facility that has excellent greens... many breaks, slopes and can run as fast as anyone would ever want.
7. I will test on a golf course with one week of receipt
8. I will participate in an ongoing testing thread, post reviews and photos

4. What style of putter do you tend to prefer?  Either a wide body blade or a spider like mallet.
