Anyone customize a Craz-e putter?

I got a Karsten series Craz-E putter yesterday but don’t really like the colors in the inserts on the top of the head. Has anyone done any type of DIY home customization or sent it out somewhere? Any info would be appreciated as would pics for ideas.

I follow a handful of putter customization pages on Instagram, in the last year I've only seen one customized craz-e. I've searched for a half hour and can't find it. It's not a particularly sought after model to customize so don't be all that surprised.

Was just about to say the same thing. I'm not overly familiar with the putters but if you could disassemble, you could have parts coated/color changed. Other than that, you could try a DIY job with some very tedious masking on the front end of things.

I probably follow most of the same people and couldn’t find anything either. I accepted the putter in place of cash that was owed to me so it’s looking like it’s going to be a DIY project this summer. Thanks for responding!

Had some spray paint leftover from who knows what and decided to try it to see what it would look like. Not great but not discouraged either. The gloss seems to show some imperfections that I hadn’t really noticed.

I haven't. the guy(s) to ask are NorCal or Golf Garage on Instagram, have had putters done through both and they do a fantastic job

Thanks for the suggestions. I kinda enjoyed myself trying this out so I will give it another shot. The taping was harder than I thought it would be especially for the little rails that run front to back but I figured it out. I also like the purple as it isn’t something you see much of. Just need to figure out how to smooth out those bumps and how to paint the alignment line.

i think the craz-e would look really good with a black or dark grey cerakote around the entire body, then the sunken cutouts finished in a gloss black, with a pinstripe orange down the alignment line.
