Driver shaft snapping in the same place

Wondering if anyone could give me an answer as to why my driver shafts keep snapping near the adapter? I've had two shafts -- an Accra (Mizuno tip) and a Hzrdus (TEE tip) -- fail at the tip, near the adapter over the last 6 months. Pictures below. Given each manufacturer's reputations, I have to believe this is more user error than it is faulty manufacturing so can someone please tell me what's wrong with my swing that this keeps on happening?

Usually caused by heel strikes or undue stress on the head from loading and unloading the bag.

Hm, interesting, thanks. Neither case applied here as the Accra was at the driving range and the Hzrdus was on the course this morning.

Heel strikes meaning hitting the ball off the heel of the driver near the shaft adapter.

Yeah, definitely not that either. My miss is high toe so it’s not because I hit it near the adapter. I almost never hit shots off the heel. Thanks for the suggestions!

Have they been removed from previous tips/clubs?

Overheating will breakdown the composite and weaken it..

I've had this happen to a shaft that was previously removed from another club..

Hzrdus was stock from TEE. Accra was a brand new shaft and the Mizuno adapter was professionally installed by a top 100 fitter in Northern Virginia.

still at a loss for how this has happened twice...

On the pics you provided it appears the lumen of the shaft is filled with epoxy well past the top of the adapter.  If this is the case then  that could certainly be a cause of shaft failure at that point.

Interesting. I never noticed the epoxy but both were professionally done (one was stock), so I don’t know if that played a factor.

Soo.. how often do you hit off the heel and/or drop kick it off the ground/mat?

Is this you?

Honestly, never drop kick it off the mat/ground and almost never hit it off the heel as my miss is a high toe. Thanks for the input and entertaining video!

What's your SS? What weight and flex were these shafts? Do you go after it hard with a late release, or are you smooth in tempo/transition?

SS averages between 103-107, depending on the day, but nothing world beating. I have what a fitter described as a "late, violent release" and generally go after it.

Then suggest 70+ gram stronger shaft for your transition. And with a Firm Tip that is built for your transition.

I thought these were all stiff tipped shafts but I never thought to go heavier. Thanks for the suggestion and time to go to BST...

Sorry, can't help you on why these shafts have snapped, however "The Club Pro" guy is hilarious. Never heard of him, just watched about ten of his videos, best golf instruction and advice on youtube. As far as shafts, do you ever lean over to pick up your tee, or even when putting peg in the ground and lean on club for support?

If what you just stated is accurate, I would think lines of golfers are forming, returning broken clubs. Tons of us have both toe and heel hits. Manufacturers are building these clubs for the average player, even advertising that toe and heel hits will not affect distance or accuracy. They are designed knowing where the average player hits it and it's not middle of the clubface.

I fit people everyday, all day. The easiest way to break a shaft off at the hosel is repeated heel shots. If you break 2 in a row, there is a good chance it is the operator, not the implement.

thanks but heel strikes are not the problem at all. As stated earlier, my miss is high toe and I rarely hit towards the heel. Thankfully, TEE’s legendary warranty and customer service came through and they replaced the shaft in 3 business days.

If heel strikes aren't the problem, then it's something else, not a defective shaft.
