How many of you WRXer's have a backup bag?

Interested to see how many of us have a backup bag of clubs.  Doesn't have to be a full set, maybe some extras that you swap out depending on the course, or just old clubs you have laying around the garage?  Here's what I have:

 

Driver:  PXG 0811XF Gen2

Not so much a "backup bag" as it is just my old clubs that I wont get jack for in trade in.

I feel ya there.  Doesn't it suck that trade-in value on older equipment is so low?  It's worse than a used car depreciating.  Some of my old stuff, I keep around just for the heck of it, some, I'll donate to new golfers, etc.

Oh, you are a pack rat like me.  One of my colleagues just got into golf and I donated an M4 Driver, M4 3 Wood, M4 irons 5-AW, an Xe1 wedge and a MySpider tour putter as well as a brand new bag.  He's retiring this year and he gave me a bunch of brand new furniture when I bought my house last year.  Seemed fair to send him off to retirement in decent style.

I never buy anything to be a "backup", but i do have a full "backup" bag of previous clubs i used to play. I used it mostly for when i travel as i don't want my main set to be subjected to the terrors of airport baggage handlers

Haha I still have all of that after sending my dad home with a full 14 club bag and "gifting" a driver to my brother in law and some other clubs to friends.  I can't remember the last time I played with friends who didnt have one or more of my old clubs.  Just counted I have over 25 driver and fairway shafts 🤦‍♂️

Have two sets of irons & another set of iron heads.  Two other drivers, two sets of the wedges I use, & one putter.  The 3 wood is the only club that I do not another one of lying around anywhere.  One guy I play with every weekend has an old putter.  Three others that we try to get out together when we can have at least one of my old clubs.

I bet 8 or 9 3 woods.

An extra 7 wood.  Even a 5 wood or two.

I've managed to cull the herd somewhat but in the past I have had probably the equivalent of 3 full backup bags.

I have two very different back up sets, with same loft & lie specs.  They mostly get used by guests and my son, and me.  I pull a club and stick a test shafts in it.  Thing is, I don't sell clubs that I replace, so my garage golf closets are bulging. 😛

I use to sell on Ebay years ago but as Ebay made changes and I got screwed over a few times I quit selling and everything stays in the basement.

My back up bag has some older clubs I'm fond of (Hawk Eye 5 wood, ISI-S irons, Eye2 wedge) and I swap out driver and putter with my main bag.  I also have a set of Warbird woods that I'll switch out with the 5 wood and longest iron as well...

I don’t have a “back up” set persay, but I do swap out a few clubs and I keep a “fun” set of irons as well.  Either something aspirational like blades or something interesting to get a change of pace.

Have some vintage blades and wooden woods to try this summer at my local short course.

 

Have a few fairway woods.  Ping G 3w, TEE 5w, old Callaway 9w, lots of putters and wedges, and a Ping G LS driver with a Tour 65 shaft that flexes a little more than I'd like but is still very playable for me.  I traded in most of my stuff that I wasn't using.

I have gotten good enough deals on most of them and flipped a lot more in the process.  Plus I used to collect rare Nike/Jordan's and sold those for a nice profit so what I spend on golf gear is profit from selling other various things.
