G425 MAX vs LST head weight

I've seen several threads re: G425 weights, thought I'd share my small data set. Weights are without adapter. I'd like to have a bunch of heads of course but I've got access to some great measurement tools so I thought I'd share.  Impressively accurate weight specs from Ping on the sliding tungsten piece IMO.

I’m building my 425 LST now with custom weights.  Coming from the Mizuno ST-Z the head was only 197G and with adapter it was 204-205.   Which Pings site says 208.  So if that rings true throwing a 7G Toe weight in as well as a 5G heel Weight and should get the swing weight back to

normal And hopefully pick up that swing speed and ball speed the ping always seems to be down because it’s just flat out heavier. 

 

Would you happen to have an adapter to weigh too?  I would weight one but waiting on 2 to show up tomorrow lol

Yeah I was getting 206-207G on my scales for the whole set up

 

which now that I look back my ST-Z was the same with head and adapter.

So your planning on playing the 425 lst with 2 weights in it? Have you hit it? How does it feel/sound?
