Adjustable 3 wood? Model? Setting? Why?

Just for fun, I thought it would be interesting to see what 3-4-5 wood folks are playing, and what setting they have it set at, and their reasoning?  

 

I have a recent Cobra F9 3 wood and am still playing adjusting.  However usually I leave on the standard setting as I really only use off the fairway and seems to launch well at standard 14.5*. I plan on messing around to higher lofts as the season goes on.  Wondering what other folks have experimented on?  Thanks.

Ping G425 3 wood - 16 degrees set to standard. Not even tempted to adjust as the ball flight is perfect for me.

TM SIM2.  15* turned down to 14.25* to make 1.5* open face.  Helps minimize an over-draw miss.  For me it's more about the face angle than the loft.

Ping G410 LST 14.5* set at 15.5* and 1* Flat. Love it, dead straight.

Titleist TS2 16.5 on C2 surefit (-.75 loft, .75 upright), since a tall player that doesn’t like to see ball go left, just fits my visual preferences and hits my trajectory and distance requirements.

The vast majority of the time I'm pulling my 21^o M6 7w which carries about 225 and is my primary fairway finder. 

 

I have a 16.5^o TS2 but I'm increasingly finding myself asking why?

 

I'm likely going to replace it with an M6 or SIM Tour Issue 5w somewhere in the 17^o range since they don't make a stock 4w. Better to have a matching pair I guess, right? 

 

As powerful as higher-lofted models are these days, I honestly don't see much of a need to have both a driver and a 3w, at least not unless you're playing a super long course.

M3 17* HL set one slot lower to square the club face to my eye.  Standard loft was toe in , setting equated to 1.5 degrees more open and and only .75 degree less loft

Sim ti 15 degree set at 14.25.  I like the face angle and the little bit of extra distance.  Gives me a shot at a few par 5’s on the course I play.  I’m a short hitter so if I want to get home in two I need all the help I can get.
