Does anyone know if Robert Mark golf is still in business? I ordered what I thought was an in stock head cover on April 5th and I've not received it yet. I've called several times only to get a recording and I've sent several emails to get no response. 🤷

Here's a thread about them.  I had a not so great experience, but ultimately ended up getting my product.  It seems they may have become worse since my purchase.  I will say however, the headcovers themselves are great material and quality.  With that said, I still would not recommend them and would never purchase from them again.

I ordered a custom head cover on 4/26; the website said it should take 3-4 weeks to make. It’s now 6/2 and the site says it still hasn’t been fulfilled. No communication from the company.

Timely thread bump.  I finally received a driver cover I ordered back in February.  I did have to pester them for updates, but they actually responded pretty quickly to my emails.  I'm happy its here now, but I was certainly frustrated with the delays.

I recently ordered 3 custom headcovers from RM, and just now found this thread. Seriously hoping I don’t have issues with having to wait several months to receive or challenges with communication on their end…

I bought an "in stock" putter cover this summer.  Quickly got an order confirm, couple weeks go by, no shipping info...

I email him and he writes back very quickly, I think the same day - something to the effect of "weird, it shows as shipped on my end but yeah no label was ever printed"

I'd say it was 3-4 weeks to get it in hand, but it did arrive eventually and it is very high quality.  I'd order from him again, with no expectations for speedy arrival though.

Robert Mark runs a bunch of specials. I've seen 20-40% off gift cards, and up to 40% off promos. So if you take some time, you can really cut your costs.

A few years ago I reported that Robert Mark took my money but did not deliver a product, which constitutes thievery in my book. His skills as a businessman have not changed, and if he has ever been made aware of the complaints against him from members of this forum or other sources, he has not cared enough to modify his practices. One of the worst companies in the golf industry, in my opinion.

I had a very similar slow buying experience but I have also been disappointed in the quality of the driver headcover I bought (baseball glove style).  The top seam of the cover has always had a wavy/puckered profile that just looks cheap and the stitching on the skull is slowly coming out in various spots after 1 season.  The leather and lining material quality are good but the leather is not really like a baseball glove, maybe a little bit in appearance, but that's it.  

 

I wouldn't buy from them again.

Making this thread active again.  Seems to be still up to his old shenanigans.  Ordered on Thanksgiving, have sent several emails, he only responds when he wants to.  He sent the wrong order and now won't respond again.  Terrible terrible customer service.  Wish I would have seen this thread.  I just sent him an email on instagram...let's see if he responds.  If he doesn't, I don't even know what to do.

Keep on him if you have money invested, he’ll eventually respond… if you don’t have any money invested, ditch him.

I ordered in August two “in stock” headcovers from RM.  Three days later I decided on something else and cancelled the order.  Received a reply that they would cancel.  On December 30 I received both headcovers (they never refunded me and I didn’t notice).  I emailed them three times with no response, then threatened to get the Better Business Bureau involved.  They emailed me a cut and paste blurb from their return policy and expect me to pay to ship back these headcovers.  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!

My experience is still ongoing.  I finally had to do a charge back with my credit card and they're taking care of it. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This guy is absolutely terrible. I reached out to him to ask about getting custom headcovers made (based on a design I saw he made previously) and he acted like I asked him to cure cancer. Was incredibly rude and dismissive. Take your money and go to Winston Collection. They helped me get the design exactly like I wanted, sent multiple proofs, the quality is great after 1 year of use, and the communication was perfect.

Damn, this is timely.  I returned a putter cover, which RMG received on 3/13.  62 days later, no refund.  I’ve sent two emails and left a voicemail.  No response.  
 

I never do this but considered dragging the guy on Twitter.  But he doesn’t have an account.  Wonder why…

Submitted a dispute with CC company.  I hate doing that, but holding onto a customer’s money with no response for months is not a good way to do business.

Ordered in stock white mummy head cover.  Emailed them 3 times and no response.  The second email got notice the next morning item shipped.  Took over 3.5 weeks from order to arrive.  Recieved mummy heard cover in black leather?  You cant even order a black mummy cover on his website.  Every mummy I have ever seen is white.  Headcover looks more like a snake!  Emailed about the color.  No response, probably wont try and return from what I have read on this page.  I wont order again.  Gfore is great to deal with on headcovers and returns were fast and easy.  The decription in the URL is not even close.
