Not yet, but mine are now showing (assumed, see below) ship date in September. Anyone have any idea why they redesigned the site to make it less user friendly? BTW, I had to surmise a ship date by building an exact set replica on custom and using the ship dates as a template. And I guess, unlike delays, no e-mails if they are moving UP the date (back to where it was). TM Custom has good stuff, easy to use customization, but once you give them a CC # they seem to stumble, hard. I sense, like Callaway before them, that they are going to change the "rewards" soon and not for our benefit.....

If anyone uses FedEx delivery manager - it looks like a shipping label was made for my set. Might want to check that out to see if your clubs are possibly shipping out this week. The new TM site upgrade seems to be lacking on the updates.

Got notification that my clubs shipped too. I'm getting them Tuesday 8/31 since I'm close to San Diego. My original eta was Oct.

 

And whoever redesigned the TM site should be fired. Half the website is still broken, you couldn't order TP5x balls over the weekend and the custom order menu is still broken. I've been trying to order MG3 wedges and it won't let me select the bounce. The loyalty point system is still broken, there's just so many things broken for it to already go live, what a mess.

I agree Taylormade is a mess right now, the website is buggy, I ended up cancelling my order of P770 and ordered a set from Global Golf. I went today and looked at lead-times looks like if I wanted to order a set of P790 or P770 right now, it wouldn't ship till 5/23/2022.

While I haven't gotten a shipping notice for mine, I did get charged for the custom order on Friday, which is usually a good sign.  My experience is that TM doesn't charge the credit card until they've got something to send.  I also got the email pushing my shipping date back to 9/16, but I'm hopeful the supply chain has improved.  Looking forward to the TM website stabilizing so I can access my account again.

Just got charged on my card for my iron pre-order. Was originally quoted end of September because of head and shaft delay, so hopefully it's been moved up significantly!

 

Update: Called TM and they confirmed my clubs started build process today, will be to me by Sept. 10th, possibly earlier. 😀

I called TM and they said my irons were shipped to the club so I'm hoping to get them by Wed!

Contacted TM and they are working on website bugs.  Also was told that my clubs will be built on the 9/9 and delivered by 9/16.

I have not received any updates via email but did call yesterday and unfortunately mine won't be in production until September 13th and then to me by the 22nd.  I was told it is the shaft that is delaying things a bit.  Project X LZ 6.0 shaft.  Bummer as I leave for my golf trip on the 10th.

I was hitting balls at the range today and I hit one of buddy’s ‘19 P790. He had the stock 105 shaft but in X flex, and even though I am a stiff these felt amazing. I forgot how good these looked and how good they felt, I went home and ordered a set immediately. Showing 9/3 ship date for all stock just longer length. I picked a sonar mammon grip as that was the only one I found that wasn’t behind the clubs in leadtome.  Here’s hoping they ship 9/3

They must of really needed to push out the new designed website for whatever reasons, probably some backend website licensing stuff because there wasn't even basic user interface checks. This weekend, if you tried to buy white TP5x balls, it asked you which style and it only comes in White since yellow and pix has its own order button. Loyalty points still messed up and it got my tax wrong, when I tried to custom order a wedge, the firggin tax, so basic, the tax calculated was 24% or so.

It’s a glitch. I would put the order in again and see if the new dates change…that same issue would happen from time to time for me

Mines being built now…LH 4-PW, custom shafts (Project X 6.5 LZ), length and lie adjustment as well…pre-ordered July 6th.

Stock shafts, but with length and a lie adjustment. Not sure if that categorizes as custom.
