I've played with a few really good non pro/family/top amateurs guys in the past.  Adrian Young, drummer for No Doubt.  Jimmy Caan, member at El Caballero CC/famous actor, and Detective "Louis" who investigates homocides, LAPD.  Adrian Young being scratch, Jimmy Caan being a 6 and Detective "Louis" being a bogey golfer.  They all have big egos but are down to earth and really good guys at heart.  I have no real dream 4 some honestly, but I'm always down to play with high profile peeps.  Always good to know people in high places for the sake of networking.  😉
