Please explain the ceramic coating

Same product as used on a car paint. I’m guessing he thinks it will help protect the head from some scratches.

It will definitely protect better against fine swirling and scratching from pulling the headcover on and off etc. a good coating is 9H hardness which is much harder than the clear coat used in the finishing process.

just as xjohnx said. Makes them more scratch resistant and easier to clean. Water literally won't stick to them lol it is quite impressive.

Haha. At least you know the difference. The word ceramic is out of control right now.

This is so true. Everybody sees ceramic and loses it and I'm like c'mon people learn the science first. Not sure the graphene does anything but never tried their regular ceramic to compare to it

the only real downside to a traditional ceramic coating is that ceramic is a great heat conductor so the panel get hotter in the sun and make it more prone to water spots. The graphene helps against this.

Makes sense. I have heard a lot about water spots and ceramic coatings so that makes sense
