Keith Mitchell is playing the Z. Thats the only person I know of playing a mizzy driver.

I'd imagine it has something to do with Mizuno not having the resources to produce that many drivers at once. So they go for the meat of the bell curve first and produce the niche product when the have the manufacturing band width open up. I don't think it's in their best interest to not have all the options on the market either. So I would imagine the only reason they don't is probably because they can't.

Tried it couple of days ago when the sales rep brought it.  I put my shaft on it and hits some bombs.  getting one in October.

I mean you can configure the weights to be super fade bias OR super draw biased or super MOI - i think thats kind of the point of this design.

The weight placement is explained on the site, although it's easily intuitive:

The head also sits 2° open at Standard loft, per the adjustment chart.

I am not hearing any whistling during the swing.

Until they let me buy a new weight, I've put lead tape in the High slot. Still experimenting with weight placement.

 

In the factory settings at 9 deg, I had no issues getting airborne and I'm not exactly Mr. Speed - Atmos 5 R flex

I saw really good numbers with the ST-Z back in Feb, but I get toey some times and ended up with the TSI3. Wondering what this will feel like with my Ventus Red.

I just keep the low loft, weights where they work, and get a shaft that gets me the numbers needed.

They’ll be out next week and some shops already have them.
