LAGP Weight Question

I game a Toulon San Diego Garage with the 25 weight, bringing the headweight to roughly 367 grams. I recently installed an LAGP One35 shaft and I really like the feel, however, I'm concerned that I've made this putter entirely too heavy and it's not on the proper putting path. Former gamer was KBS CT Tour, exact same length and same grip. 

 

Question is...should I be thinking about a lower weight to bring the overall club weight down? It's my understanding that I increased my overall club weight by roughly 11 grams...

If you have another Toulon weight try a lighter one if you have it, if not maybe try a lighter grip. 10g overall shouldn't make much of a difference in a putter.

I guess it's the balance point of the lagp shaft is lower than ct tour? lower the head weight should fix it.

Are you referring to the overall weight being too heavy or the swingweight? The difference in shafts is only 10-15 grams but as a previous poster mentioned, the balance points being different could certainly affect swingweight and feel.
