These irons are in excellent condition. All irons have been used on driving range mats twice and the pitching wedge once on the course. 
The shaft, although regular flex, is definitely on the stiffer side of regular.

I am the original owner of this putter and I bought it new at Golf Mart. The putter head and shaft are in very good condition. The weights have never been changed or removed. The grip is original but serviceable without any cracks. 
I played it for part of 2014 and 2015 but otherwise it has sat in the garage.  I used a different headcover than the stock cover so the stock headcover is in very good condition. 
I can include a replacement grip, see photo, but that grip has been sitting in a cabinet for at least five years. However, the rubber still feels pliable.
