Spring-ish cleaning

I have quite a few things that I am looking to get rid of and just get out of my house! I just really don't have a need for this stuff anymore so please send me offers! 

 

1. I have a Scotty Cameron Phantom X5.5 for sale. I got it from a friend and he just didn't want it anymore. It was sent to the custom shop last year I believe, but maybe 2019, and was filled out with blue, including a nice blue/camo Matador Midsize grip. As you can tell, it is pretty beat up, but it would still make a great project putter or one to just play. It does feel really good and can still be a great putter. It unfortunately does not have a headcover for it either, which is probably why it is all beat up. I would like to get $175 out of it, but please send me offers! ------ SOLD 

 

2. I have a Tour AD-HD shaft for sale. It is the 6X and it has been tipped 1". I bought it from another member here and it feels really good, but I just cannot take the Ventus out of my driver. The shaft came installed with the Callaway standard adapter and a Gold Pride Z-Cord grip. The shaft measures right at 44" from grip to tip when I measured it. I would like to get $200 shipped, but please send offers! ----- SOLD 

 

3. I have another shaft up for sale. This is the HZRDOUS RDX Black 60 gram 6.0 Stiff flex with a Cobra Adapter and then the Cobra Lamkin Arccos grip on it. I bought this when I ordered my RadSpeed driver, but I just told my Cobra rep to send whatever shaft they had a lot of because I knew my Ventus would stay in the bag. I hit this shaft when Cobra announced the RadSpeed and I hit one of the first demos, and it really does feel like a great shaft so it would be good deal for someone to pick up! It measures 44 1/4" from grip to tip and I would like to get $100 out of it, because that is really what I see them going for I guess. ----- SOLD 

 

4. Lastly as far as shafts go, I have an Aldila Rogue Silver 130 MSI 60TX shaft for sale. It comes with a Standard Tour Velvet grip and the Cobra adapater. As you can see from the one label, it comes as 45.25” tipped 1” (which is how long it is when it is installed)! It measures about 44 1/16" from grip to tip. I put it in my RadSpeed head and it feels really good (I have fallen in love with the Rogue Silvers over the years, but it just didn’t unseat the Ventus. I would like to get $130 out of it! Thanks ----- SOLD 

 

5. The last item I have for sale is a 2020 Cobra King Utility Iron. I have the Rogue Black 85TS Tour Stiff shaft in it and it is a great club off the tee, as well as from the fairway. I just struggled with it in the rough if I needed to use it then, but that is definitely my swing moreso than the club itself! It is the 4 iron that comes as 22.5 degrees of loft, and then I have the adapter in that has it set -1.5 degrees, so it is playing at 21 degrees! I left it a little long and I think it plays close to 41", but it can be easily cut down if needed! It has just a Lamkin Cobra REL Midsize grip on it. I would like to get $150 out of it, but please send offers!

That is exactly what I said! It is truly the only Scotty design I have liked in the last 5-10 years, and at the golf shop I help out at, it came in all beat up and I was devastated! haha

I went into a local golf store the other day just to kill some time and grabbed a few putters to try.  I picked up this exact model Scotty (having never really found one that I liked that much) and I rolled about 20 putts.  These were probably the 20 most true putts I have rolled in a long time.  If I ever were to buy a Scott, the X 5.5 is exactly what I would get.

I saw the price and nearly PayPal’d him immediately. Then I saw the pictures and had to hold back the tears. Somebody came out well enough to send it into the Custom Shop and still have a good price on that putter though.

Yeah I will never forget when they were first released in 2019 and they came into our shop. I rolled five putts in a row with the perfect speed and it was just a match made in heaven. But I just have found better luck with Bettinardi's and I think they feel better personally!

Trust me, it was so painful to see this come in in the condition it was! I wanted to hurt the guy that brought it in but I had to restrain myself lol. It still looks really good as far as the coloring goes, but it is just so sad to see it in the condition it is.

It’s about as bad as any Scotty I’ve ever seen... and it’s fairly new. I mean goodness, it’s like he drug it down the cart path between holes. 
 

That being said, if it was a slant neck, I would have bought it anyway. 😆

Yeah I was going to ask if he has ever heard of a headcover or not hitting it with rocks, but it didnt seem like the best time to ask! 

 

It does have a little bit of toe hang so that is why I almost gamed it myself 😂😂 if it had the slant neck, I would have probably just played it until I couldnt stand the look of it haha
