Jack didn’t talk either, here is Trevino, Jack had no use for small talk or being buddies with his competitors,

“But Jack wasn't much of a talker on the golf course, and off the course Jack made just cursory small talk to most players. He called everybody "pro." It would be, "How you doing, pro?" "Family good?" "That's great, have a nice round today."

I don’t care about that. But I’ve never seen any golfer say anything negative about how TW treated them.

Tiger had massive galleries, that’s not his fault. It was a zoo. Plus, between the media and who knows what kind of death threats, it’s good and expected he was insular.

What do you mean by selfish and entitled exactly? We know that TW just showing up to sign autographs could result in mob scenes of crazy autograph seekers bowling over kids.

it’s no wonder he wanted no part of that.

He was flawed, not perfect, but he was literally a freak show out there. Nobody can deal with that perfectly.

And I’ll assume you agree with me about TW vs Brooks in majors and winning at all events.

There’s really no Tiger and Brooks comparisons to equate their experiences resulting in or catalyzing their results or personas.

BK is 31 and has 4 majors and 9 pga tour wins.

By 31 TW had 13 majors and like 50 PGA tour wins.

That is exactly the point I'm trying to make. We excuse the similar behavior from Tiger because of circumstances or his dominant record or whatever. It doesn't mean the behavior was admirable. When we see the same behavior from a lesser player we can stop making excuses and recognize it for what it is.

What “similar behavior”?

BK posted his butt in a thong. He goes on shows, he’ll talk to anybody who will listen.
He says dumb stuff all over the place that he doesn’t practice, doesn’t care about golf tournaments he plays in.

He brags like a desperate person looking for attention.

Tiger stayed far from the media, had no confrontations like what we saw with BK,

The only time TW stuck it to somebody was  with...

Stephen Ames!

Ames, genius that he is, said this before playing Tiger Woods in match play,

“On Tuesday, Ames, the lowest-seeded player in the elite 64-man event, told reporters that, "anything can happen, especially where he's hitting the ball," referring to Woods's recently somewhat erratic driving.”

TW threw Ames a severe beat down and after the match...

“Afterward, Woods smiled ever so slightly and said he had been aware of Ames' comment. When someone wondered about his reaction to it, the smile was gone when he answered, "9 and 8."”

Haha can't argue with success. But he got rich by winning a lot and becoming the poster child for Cobra. Not for wearing those awful hats.

If they're so great and he wants to honor Hogan, why do you never see him wearing them outside of tourney rounds?

Whoa wait!! Rickie is the cobra poster child. Now you’re really making me mad hahaha

I get the feeling Bryson is as real as it gets, he just walks a different path. All the crazy scientific stuff he does has to be time consuming, maybe even mentally draining. If it is all a joke, why keep it up. He's just a different breed.

You’re not “real” if you’re worried about your “brand” out loud.  sorry pal

Rickie is the__________poster child:

Farmers, Rocket Mortgage, Grant Thornton, Red Bull, Level Select, Draft Kings, Wheels Up, Corona, NBC Sports, Bushnell, TP5 Pix, Zurich, PGA Junior League (you get the idea).

With Rick's recent slump, Bryson is slowly becoming the dude for Cobra.

Obviously Rickie is still their most popular player, but Bryson has been deservedly featured as the "main dude" in some of their more recent stuff. If his play continues to trend up and Rickie keeps missing cuts, I could see him being the main guy before too long.

What kills me is this petty BS by this man child millennial type is taking away from the attention that Phil deserves as the oldest major winner in history, and one of only 4 golfers to span wins on the PGA Tour over 4 decades.  A career with so many close calls during an era of Tiger dominance.  I hope he wins the career grand slam but either way, super impressive.

That's an impressive grasp to somehow lay this on the  millennial bit.

How? Sorry I’m not a tweeter. What was he being sorry to Rodgers about?

He was sarcastically expressing condolences to Aaron Rogers for having to partner with Bryson in The Match.

These guys sound like a couple of high school girls, with apologies to high school girls everywhere. Mabye these two tough guys can get together for a tickle fight. Mabye there has been, but I can't think of any golfer that shows less class during an interview than Brooks. He acts like every interview is a total bother. He is the Marshawn Lynch of golf.

And BK has four more majors than PM had at age 31 so maybe he is a late bloomer

Maybe it’s just getting old but I find this whole thing really tiresome.

Oh no, someone walked behind me, oh no, metal spikes, oh no, dramatic eye rolling. Good lord this is stupid.

This is what you get when your sport is full of polite behavior and this is what passes for drama.

If this is true it's infinitely worse than any behavior these guys are displaying. My goodness can you imagine being on the receiving end of that conversation.
