He’s only informing. Some people don’t understand the mental gymnastics that Bryson goes through for a putt or iron. 
Bryson is still good for golf. If he ever gets his wedges dialled in, he’ll be ready for the US open.

Funny you mention that commercial. It is annoying, but I think the woman's voice is amazing. Give her a Christmas album to sing and the world will notice her big time.

Agreed....he does use the same Shtick over and over....who can ever forget the "Hahn...James Hahn"....ugh.  He needs to move on and maybe comment on how ugly Jordan Spieth's dirty white cloddy looking golf shoes are....and why they look like the exact pair Under Armor put him in 10 years ago....and why he wears the ugly dirty cloddy white ones when he dresses in black shirt and black pants....BAD look,and not fashion conscious!!!  Does Under Armor not make black golf shoes???

Oh yeah, especially when Verne...Lord bless him...slurs every word and they still pay that dude.  I for one love the Faldo vibe but could also watch golf on mute!  As for BAD, the guy totally brings it on himself.  It is continuously noted and rightly so bombing it does NO good if your wedge is the length of a six iron and after a million balls hit you can't control it.  18 yesterday was a perfect example!!!

 

I seriously question whether the guy actually wants to win tourneys, or just tinker with his on brand.

I agree about Nantz always having the last word, it gets old.  

 

I think with CBS showing the Masters and having Nantz being the lead voice of coverage, I feel that Jim has a sort of golf entitlement about him and that is why he gets the last word.

 

I would really like to see Faldo and Johnny Miller work together, that would be an interesting broadcast to watch.
