2020 TP5 pix

Just picked up 6 dz  2020 TP5 Pix practice balls. I really like the white TP5, haven't played the pix model yet but I like the looks of it.

 

So far I’ve never found one on the courses I play, so doesn’t seem like many in play.

 

Anybody play these & like them?

I’ve had a few holes with the TP5x pix and just couldnt get it in the air. Though i have a full box of tp5 (regular) pix to get through hopefully next week its good for putting with the clearpath technology. I’ll let you know how i get on 🙂

So, played my first round with these today, one ball, 18 holes, hit one cart path. Got a very minor scuff from the cart path, but still good for another round. 

 

The triangle pix aren't too obtrusive, the ball looks good in real life playing environment. I can't say it helped me follow it in flight or find it, but it's easy to identify your ball from a distance when you are walking up to it. 

 

You do get a nice visual when you line it up & get a good roll on it. I used the alignment aid sometimes, sometimes not.  The TP5 is my favorite ball right now, and you can get a great buy on 6 - 10 dozen TP5/TP5x practice balls on Ebay. The ones I received have minor paint/graphic stuff on some, on a lot I look close & can't see anything. 

 

Best deal I saw, regrettably didn't jump on it, was 10 dz white TP5 practice balls (2020 model) for $170.00. That's 17 bucks a dozen for a great ball, at least for me.

I bought a bunch of those too for my high school age son. I'm done paying $40/dozen for balls for him. With these we sharpie his putting line right through the "Practice". 

Best deal on good balls out there I think.

👍 If you’re patient you can get some great prices. I’ve seen lots of 6 dozen go for a little as $104. 
 

I looked over the ones I got really closely, & even with a magnifier its hard to find anything that would make them fail QC. On a few the graphics aren’t perfectly aligned, but the vast majority are indistinguishable (by me) from retail ball, with the exception of the “practice” stamp.

 

This is the first time I’ve committed to playing one ball consistently. I found a white TP5 a while back, played it & really loved the feel & ball flight. Played my best round of the year with it. Played the same ball the next round & confirmed that with my limited skill set, the TP5 does everything I want it to do, so I grabbed the 6 dozen & am really happy with them. Should be good to go for a few seasons👍

Yeah, just search TP5 practice balls & you’ll get several choices
