I think the last event she played was the Hugel in L.A. last April - and she finished 8th!  I thought she might play the Chevron next week as a former champion for the last hurrah at Rancho Mirage, but she’s not entered.  On the broadcast?

I think she and Judy will both be there since the broadcast is in two TV windows the first two days. Maybe on course on the weekend?

I really have no issue with golf announcers.  There is a definite learning curve for almost all announcers (Romo might have been an exception) and over time they get better.  I typically don't pay that much attention to the announcers.  Tell me the important stuff (yardage, lie and club) and the rest becomes white noise.  Most of the time I couldn't tell you who was behind the mike and I usually don't care.  Morgan doesn't bother me.

The only question in my mind is how long before Wie or Creamer get behind the mike?

I know that it's been said before, but where in the hell does Morgan get her Senior Citizens clothes???  The first time I saw her dressed in the booth, I figured that she must have lost a bet....but no, it's EVERY time!!!

Morgan Pressel's clothes today = it's not so--o bad!
The pins on her jacket provide a personal touch/ some individuality... i kinda like it!

Lots of football (soccer) fans often attend  games whilst wearing collectible pins on their scarf/ hat / jerseys (eg these examples below)... eh @Rapidcat?

Morgan may not be a hall of fame player, but she has played on tour for 16 years. Two wins, including a major at 18 years old, 66 top 10s, and over $8 million in career earnings. I'd say that qualifies as having experience.

She's played with many of the current players, so she can provide some insight that Judy can't.

True.  What she lacks in skill thus far, she's a contemporary.  She'll continue to get better at it.  She's definitely not where she was when she began.

Fan of hers when she played.  Not a fan as an announcer.

I'll take Karen Stupples over MP any day, and Dottie and Judy over either of those.

She can't be great yet Dave!  LOL

You and me in the booth would be more entertaining, and informative Sir.

Lexi in the booth? What's the justification for this move?  Bored playing? Making too much money? Has a thing for Terry Gannon/Tom Abbott?

I get the feeling that she wants to win, and can’t seem to pull it off. She did make 100 large at the Dinah Shore, and probably has enough by now, but I think she wants Majors, and it may be out of reach due to recurring putting problems.

You think she'll just throw in the towel. So you think a top 10 player, who has won multiple times is a quitter?

I doubt that. These women are strong competitors. Very few will quit.

    • In-hand photos of 2023 TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus, Stealth 2, Stealth 2 HD drivers + fairways woods
Check out our front page launch stories here and here.

What you need to know: For the first time, carbon is the most prevalent material by volume in a TaylorMade driver, and more carbon equals better performance, says the company. Last year, TaylorMade debuted a 60X Carbon Twist Face. With TaylorMade Stealth 2, engineers are bringing carbon to more of the golf club — and unveiling a new-and-improved Carbon Twist Face in the process. Stealth 2 Plus (low spin, most workable) Stealth 2, and Stealth 2 HD (draw bias, high launch, most forgiving) drivers make up the Stealth 2 family.

What you need to know: Breakthrough movable weight technologies and versatile designs are the hallmarks of the 2023 TaylorMade Stealth 2 fairway woods. Stealth 2 Plus is branded as “three fairway woods in one” owing to the unique performance characteristics afforded by the 50-gram sole weight. Stealth 2 features a slightly lower profile 3D carbon crown than Stealth. This moves CG down and away from the toe with more weight in the rear of the club for higher launch and MOI. Ultra-high MOI Stealth 2 HD features an oversized 200cc head and low-profile sole, creating an easy-to-hit, draw-biased club.
