Where does the US Open now rank in the rotation?

It's almost like the USGA has become Intel and the PGA has become AMD.

More like USga is now Inatech .  Or Inatrobe !

Brooks and Bryson pairing tomorrow.  It would certainly liven it up a little.  Brooks being 1 stroke away from E there is a chance.

Not going to happen. First in, first out. Twosomes. If anything, Bryson would play with Bezuidenhout or Grace.

I don't get it either 😅 guess they're just jaded. I've only been playing a little over a year so I'm at the unhealthy obsession stage.

It’s the course.  I think it’s a west coast east coast thing or something.  This just lacks the usual course interest when we see courses that aren’t usually seen on TV.

for some reason to me.  Most of the camera shots leave me with no idea what hole I’m looking at. No clue.  Like watching in a tunnel or in the dark.  Anyway. That’s why in my opinion.

Totally agree.  CBS major golf coverage has been spoiling us with those close up wide angle shots that give us visual depth of what the player sees.

NBC continues to use the Tecmo Bowl camera angle.

The only reason courses like Torrey Pines, Hazeltine, and Valhalla keep hosting Majors/Ryder Cups is because they bring in a ton revenue to the USGA and the PGA of America and are great venues for infrastructure .  Between 2000-2029, these 3 courses will have hosted 9 Majors/Ryder Cups. Unfortunately selecting major venues is less about the quality of course and more about logistics/revenue. I'd would love to see Merion host more majors, but the USGA lost a ton of money taking the Open there in 2013. I unfortunately think we're gonna see Hazeltine and TP host more major events in the next couple decades.
