Thanks.  Those Hogan's look especially interesting.

If anyone else has any ideas I'm open to hear them as well!

I’m looking for the same thing…Titleist said that even through the custom grind shop they don’t have a wedge to start with that will get it to a true V grind. They said they can start with an M and get it close but it wouldn’t be exact

I was going to contact them as well... So thanks for beating me to it, haha.

That's pretty unfortunate and surprising, to be honest.  I figured they could do it, but I wanted to try something off the shelf first, if possible.

It appears Texas grind is latest fluff to describe the V-grind. Cleveland and Hogan have been using the V-sole/beveled sole for several product cycles.

I have most experience testing Srixon V-sole irons at demo days (back when we had demo days!) On irons and wedges I tend to take a shallow divot on zoysia about the size of a half dollar (cut down to soil, no replaceable divot). On bermuda/bent grass, I take a divot about two inches long which also doesn't leave much to replace.

The Srixon irons moved through the turf nicely and gave a margin of error if I came in a bit fat. (Fat rarely happens, of course!)

They don't make them anymore. I also had an SM7 - and just lost it (made a long post in the etiquette thread about returning found clubs). I left mine on a hole...the course was basically deserted, no one following us. I knew exactly which hole (I used it around the green on #2, and it was gone from my bag when I reached for it on #3!). Was back there within 20 min...and nothing. My assumption had to be a course worker who cruised by and happened to spot it because as I said, there was no one within 3 holes behind us- and this was an upscale private club!

Custom Wedgeworks 60 V grind...even including my initials stamped on...so sad

    • Sony Open Pics from January 11, 2022 Part 1
I was able to get out to the Sony Open today to take a few pics.  I guess due to Covid precautions they kept the spectators pretty far from the players.  Also due to camera restrictions they've put in place, I wasn't able to bring the big lens like I normally do. Hopefully they'll ease up on the ropes and I'll be able to get more pics tomorrow!
